//Archie's POV
I'm frustrated.
Alice Cooper drove the woman I loved out of Riverdale... for good.
I'm also mad at Betty for writing about it in such an open way. Why doesn't she just write, "MISS GRUNDY X ARCHIE" on her forehead? I know she didn't think her mom would find it, but she had to know by now that her mom enjoys snooping. Maybe I'm overreacting about this, maybe I shouldn't blame Betty entirely. I walk over to my window to see if she's home when something catches my eye.
Jughead Jones, climbing up a ladder, leading straight to Betty's window.
I know it's bad to stalk, but I watch Jughead lightly knock on the glass. I also see him climb into Betty's room. They start talking about whatever, Betty freaking out, Jughead just listening. I start to get bored when something REALLY catches my eye.
Jughead puts his arms on Betty's shoulders, you could see her instantly relax into his touch. It doesn't look friendly, so I continue watching.
There's a pause in the conversation. Jughead speaks, looking choked up. Betty looks up confused, a small smile on her face as she looked up at Jug.
Jughead quickly cups Betty's face, pulling her into a passionate kiss. I look away for privacy when I realise they can't see me. I continue looking to see her kissing him back. I take a quick picture for future reference, as they really are cute.
I almost squeal at them. I kinda knew when we were kids that they would get together. Juggie would always compliment her and she would try to get his praise.
Now that they were together, I no longer felt mad at Betty for kinda exposing Grundy and me, but I felt happy my two best friends were together.
I was also excited as I witnessed both of their first kisses.
