Chapter 14: Battle one! Nihilist vs Angel of Death!

The halls were huge! Everyone was jaw-dropped, even Jaon. The towering marble columns of their suite were too much, Lizzie obviously didn't think this.

"This is perfect! It's all I ever wanted!" Said Lizzie happily.

"Not for me. I need Winter's guidance. I don't feel right." Said Jaon.

"Your brother sure is a mood killer." Rogue whispered to Lizzie.

"You shouldn't whisper around him, he has exceptional hearing." Said Lizzie uncomfortably.

"Yeah. And by the way, I know you two are "destined" to be together but Rogue, I don't want you groping my sister every chance you get." Said Jaon.

"Yes sir."

"Battle One of the Grand Magic Games is about to begin! Today we have the Nihilist of Fairy Tail, Jaon Izunia! And from Lamia Scale, The Angel of Death, Lia Ukiyo! A Dragonslayer vs a Demonslayer! How amazing!" The announcer's voice rang out like Big Ben. Jaon expected people back in Magnolia to hear it.

"I'm more than a Dragonslayer!" Muttered Jaon.

"Let the battle begin!" The announcer shouted and like that it had started. They had stayed just stayed there doing nothing, staring each other down, until...

"White Demon Rage!" Lia broke the silence.
So that's what she is huh? Interesting. Jaon thought.

"Ok then... ready?!" He shouted.
"What are you talking about?" She asked.
"This. Ice Shadow Demon Dragon Crashing Meteor!"
What was happening? The blood on his arms was back. The aura was still there and the black markings across his body were always there, but not the blood.
"Who cares." He muttered. "Demon's Death Dance!"
What was he doing? She was just a girl, well not that young but still, he didn't have to exert this much force on her. No offense.

"And she's out! The Nihilist of Fairy Tail has won!" The announcer shouted with excitement. "Any words from the victor?"
Silence, Jaon walked away. He felt terrible, what had he done? And the blood was back.
