Count me in.
Harsh and quick winds overcome Austria. The autumn leaves start to fall as the winter branches formulate by the time of the Earth. The eldest Hapsburg child had been taught to set an example for her younger sisters. Furthermore, the family had produced all girls and no males. The eldest was Eve, the middle was Evalie, and the youngest was Julia. For most kings, having no son would anger them. However, King Dolfun was more than pleased to see his beautiful girls rule his kingdom. He cherished every single one of them, since their mother had died after giving birth to Julia.
Eve was beautiful. She was born to a Austrian father and a Jewish mother. She had brown eyes and silky brown hair. The girl had recently turned seventeen and the King wished Eve would study proper modesty and courtship before he passed along with his dear late wife. Yet, Eve wasn't the typical heir. She never dreamed of ruling, she dreamed of becoming a well known poet and artist. The family had once taken a trip to Rome and Eve had fell in deep infactuation with the artwork. However, she knew her duty and she wanted to make her father proud.
Sadness radiated off the Austrian princess. Tears flew down her face as she looked at the gardens again for one last time. Her younger sisters wave their bittersweet goodbyes to her and Julia's red cheeks suddenly turned blue as if she died that second from loss. The girl blew her silky hair slightly as she lifted her skirts to reach the carriage steps one by one. Once she was in the comfortable carriage, the villagers piled their ways to say their adieu's to their future queen, for now. As the carriage started to move, Eve felt the sadness linger on and the tears slipped from her chocolate orbs. She just wanted to be a child for once, not stay and rule. She was grateful for her opportunities but she found them overwhelmingly bittersweet. Once she had composed herself, Eve thought heavily on the location of the academy.
"En France" , she repeated in her head.
The academy was set in France, Calais to be exact. It was a global tradition that young royals should be educated on the art of ruiling. Many other countries will be attending like the Italians, Spaniards, and Ethiopians. Eve's spirits were slightly lifted when she though of the Scottish heir Charles. Eve and Charles had a innocent encounter when they were about eleven years young. The two families joked about a potienal marriage between the two, of course Charles and Eve took the aspect of it bery seriously. Resulting in them becoming extremely close and protective over one another. After the death of the Austrian queen, rumors spread that the Scottish had something to do with it. These accusations were never actually proved or addressed but simply discussed by kitchen maids and stable boys. However, Charles and Eve kept in positive contact with one another and elated to see each other after so many years.
As evening struck, the carriage took a break from the long distance and decided to sleep. As Eve aided the stable boys in feeding the brown horses, she also came to think of the time she met the beautiful Ethiopian queen Amaré. She couldn't remember her name, she just remembered the stricking skin contrast and how her beauty was the epitome of perfection in Eve's eyes, she had hoped to see her again, her beauty could start a war.
Eve layed down on her soft sheets on her makeshift camping bed. Looking up at the stars made her feel at peace in these times of trouble. You see, the world had been very power hungry and greed has hurt them in more ways imaginable. Tribes slaughtered and families separated disgusted Eve beyond words. She had hoped that humanity would learn from their actions.
"yet those after are doomed to make the same mistakes."
