My Hero Academia x reader Oneshots

Shouto Todoroki

I was working on a oneshot for Kaminari but I'm having trouble with it for some reason so take Todoroki for now

Shouto Todoroki never seemed like the type to find a girl and settle down. He never really talked to girls during his highschool days. Sure, his female classmates would try to make an effort to talk to him but some would say he wasn't much of a talker. He would really only be seen hanging out with Midoriya.

Even after he graduated, women would throw themselves on him, only interested in his good looks. Shouto never had interest for these women, he never would.

His friends always worried for him; what if he never found someone? They wanted to see him happy since they barely got to see him smile.

"Todoroki are you happy?" Midoriya would always ask him.

And his reply was always the same. "I'm fine, don't worry about me."

From Shouto's point of view, he would convince himself he's been fine ever since he started to talk to his mother again. As long as he had his mother, everything was okay.

Today wasn't much different from the rest. He had his regular patrol, nothing new. But something felt off to him, Shouto couldn't put his finger on it.

A man, out of breath and sweaty, came to him. "Hey! You're that Shouto hero right?!" He nodded in response, his hair bobbing along.

"You gotta help! T-theres a robbery a-and hostages!!"

Eyes widening, he ran off to find where the robbery was taking place. Once he turned a corner, his breath hitched when he saw a multiple police cars surrounding a grocery store. Police hid behind their cars for protection, pointing multiple pistols at the doors.

The boy with the scar didn't hesitate to run past the police. They shouted for him to wait and think about a plan but to be a hero, you had to think about the safety of others as well.

As soon as the sliding doors opened, every hostage and robber had their head towards the hero. Hostages sighed in relief and the robbers only scowled. One of the thiefs quickly reacted and grabbed one of the many people who were still somewhat scared for their life.

"Stay outta this or she gets a bullet through the head!!" The owner of the gruff voice pointed a gun to the innocent girl.

Shouto could see the fear in her [Eye color] eyes as she looked towards him for help. He could only nod as if to tell the girl he would protect them all.

His different colored eyes shifted to the man holding the girl by the back of her neck. With no words he raised his hand quickly and sent a wave of fire towards the man, careful not to hurt the girl. While the man was distracted by the flames, Shouto formed an ice wall between you and the man, your neck being freed from his rough grasp.

You stumbled to the floor and scooted away from the situation as possible. As the flames died down the man tried to quickly point his gun at the hero but his arms wouldn't budge. He looked down at his body to see that he was encased in ice, leaving him paralyzed.

Before his helpers had the chance to move, Shouto quickly had trapped them in ice. The innocent people cheered for their hero and started to rush out the door in case anything worse could happen. You stayed behind and looked towards your savior, Shouto was already making his way towards you.

"Are you okay miss?" He bent down to check you for any minor injuries. Having no words at the moment, you quickly nodded.
"Thats good. Here, let me help you get up." Shouto held his hand out for you to take and without a second thought you grabbed it.
