I Have To Be Ready For Another Attack

KEIRA'S POV

I was sitting on my bed and Irseith was teaching some ancient dragon language not even Zetherth has taught me yet. Irseith was also telling me about the dragon war and about the other dragon sages. I wrote down what she told me about the dragon in my notebook and I then asked her.

"So, if the dragon sages learn about their abilities before birth and have all this information forced into their heads, then does that mean they have special abilities like you told me? say like passing on their powers to a dragonlord or a Tamer for example."

"We can do that, it just normally depends on whether we trust our masters or apprentices enough to pass on our knowledge."

I wrote down what she told me and I then asked her.

"But, what happened to the people that your ancestors passed their knowledge and power onto?"

"Well, let's just say they got a bit greedy for power after my ancestors passed their power onto them and they used it for evil."

"I think I get the picture and believe me, my old man is heading down that road as we speak and I'm not joking about that part either."

I said as I wrote down the information Irseith told me earlier. Once I was done, I looked at the other eggs and they were still as a statue. Irseith noticed the look on my face and she said to me.

"You're hoping one of them will hatch."

"I am, it was exciting when it was with you Irseith and I can't wait for the other two to hatch now."

Irseith chuckled at me and then she sat on the small bed, which was in a dragon nest style that Kerry made for her.

"Well, with time and when you do have the right name for them, they'll hatch."

"I know, but you know what I'm like."

I said as I put away my notebook in my school bag before getting ready for bed. Aoi and Rin curled up next to me on the bed.

3RD PERSON POV

Once Keira went to bed, the hooded figure from before was in the shadows and he then sneaked into Kerry and Keira's room. He looked at Keira's familiars and Irseith and they were fast asleep. The hooded man saw the two dragon eggs in the chest and he thought to himself.

'One of them has hatched, well that's OK, two of them has info on the Dragon King.'

The hooded man smirked to himself and then he was about to take the eggs until Keira woke up and she held her ice sword near his neck.

"Mind telling me what do you think you're doing with my eggs?"

The hooded man frowned and he elbowed Keira in the stomach before he jumps out of the window. Keira frowned and Kerry had woken up and she said to me.

"Keira what's going on?!"

"Kerry, go tell the house mother what's going, I'm going after the intruder!"

Keira said before she jumps onto Aoi's back and then he, Rin and Irseith chased after the hooded man. The hooded man ran as fast as he could until someone shouted.

"Ice magic!! Ice wall!!"

An ice wall appeared making the hooded man stop in his tracks and then Sora said to him.

"Going somewhere?"

The hooded man frowned and then the twin tamers showed up in time.

"Midnight! now!"
