Chapter 17: Dreams and Confessions

***RYDEL'S POV**

I check my phone and it was about 8:00 pm. I was pretty sure Laura was not asleep yet so i walked out of the closet and went to my room, and texted Laura.

R: What's up?

L: nm u?

R: just chillin in my room

L: cool, so what's up with you?

R: What do you mean?

L: first off you never text 'What's up' second you are never 'just chillin' in your room

R:Wow you know me so well..

L: I know, so are you gonna tell me?

R: yeah. but can you come over?

L:yeah be there in 5

R: okay stay safe!

L: I will see you in  a sec!!

R: kk

So i was a little nervous to tell Laura my dream, we are best friends but still.... i don't know. I am SOOO confused right now! I do like Ratliff it's just and I am pretty sure he likes me, but I don't want to get in the way of him in Kelly again.

"GUYS COME TO THE KITCHEN WE ARE HAVING A FAMILY MEETING!" I hear my dad call from down stairs.

I grab my phone and walk down stairs.

Riker is already seated, of course!

Then about a few seconds later, everyone else were down stairs, and we all sat down It was me, Ryland, Ross,Ratliff, and Riker then Riker was on my other side

"Okay so we just wanted to tell you to start packing b/c we are going on the 2n part of the tour!" My dad tells us. 

We all started jumping up and down, "wernt we already going on the 2nd part of the tour?" I ask.

"Yes, but we are leaving 1 week early"My dad explains

Just then the doorbell rang. Great I forgot all about Laura. 

"I'll get it!" I say and run to the door.

I open the door. And there she was with a huge smile on her face. Haha she has a certain smile that I see usally when shehas come home from a date or something with Ross and it usally means she just kissed Ross or he kissed her.. HAHAHA it's so funny you can tell when she kisses Ross b/c 1. her lips are swollen  and 2. she has this smir...... you know what...it doesn't matter.

"Haha what happen to you?" i said with a giggle. Her face turned to a frown. What did I say?

"Welll...."

"Well... what?" i ask her. 

She walked inside.. "I got you a date!" she tells me and she has a huge smile on her face.

"What are you kidding me!!!" i say and jump and down. "Who?" i ask. Then Riker comes and the room.

"Woah, Woah, Woah! You got my sister a date! Why?" he ask. He seems upset.

"b/c she is 21 and she needs to get over Ratliff, b/c all he is gonna do is break her heart!:" Laura said kind of harshly.

"Woah Laura, calm down. He hasn't broke my heart" i explain to her.

"Oh really! How about the time he yelled at you on the bus, and then made out with kelly backstage at a concert, and then said sorry and met up with her at the park, then made out with her on the bus!! Rydel, he has broke your heart many of times you are just to sweet to stay mad at him and teach him who is the boss!" The cried out.

"I'm sorry but i don't want to go on that stupid date! Laura don't come in my life and tell me how to live it.  Worry about yours. I'm sorry but i have to go" i say, and run up to my room. 

I bust through the door and fall on my bed and just cry my eyes out. What has gotten into her? Why doesn't she like Ratliff? All these questions were going through my mind, then there was a knoch at the door.

"GO AWAY!" I yell without looking up.

I heard my door open and shut. 

"I said go away!!" i yell but not to loun. The person didn't move. I sat up and look straight into the eyes i fell in love with the first day i saw them.

"Are you okay?" he asks me.

"Did you hear everything?" i say and look down at my hands.

"Yeah, its okay... b/c i like you too" he says

I look up into his eyes. They were full of love. And he was serious, he wasn't joking.

"Really?" i asks to make sure

"haha yes really... I didn't want to have to tell you this way, but yes i like you and have liked you for a while now." he explains.

I was speechless...

"Ell i-" i was cut off by his lips on mine. I don't mean to be chessy but it was like the 4th of july, had just gone off in my mouth. He started to pull away b/c i think i forgot to kiss back. I was just in shock of what was happening.

I put my hand on the back of his neck and pushed him closer to me to close all the space between us. He kissed me hard and i kissed back just has hard. He put one of his hands on my lower waist and the other on my upper thigh, he pulled me up and i hopped on him. He slid bloth of his hands on my butt and was holding my up.. I really liked it. I remebered what all the guys said in the Clever tv interview when they like a little pull of the hair.

So i started to pull lightly on his hair. He moaned quietly..

"What was that?" i giggled.

"It's called a moan." He explained.  "Way to ruin the moment" He added

"Well.. I know how to fix it"

"How?" he questioned.

I bit my lip, and he smirked at me. I smashed my lips to his and tugged at his hair.

He started to lean back, and I came with him. I was now on top of him laying on my bed. He licked my bottom lip asking for an entrance. I didn't exept. He tickled my sides and i giggled. He took that opportunitly and stuck his tongue in my mouth. He started going in and out and so did i. We were now fully making- out.

I brake away for some air. I fell to his side a laid my head on his chest.

"Ell?" i said huffing, b/c my lack of oxyg

"mmmhh?" 

"If it wasn't clear enough *breath* i like you too" 

"Finally!" He stated.

I giggled.

"We went through hell and back but hey look at us now!" he told me, rubbing his hand up and down my back

"I guess you could call it tough love" i said 

He chuckled. "I almost forgot something.."

"What's that?" i stated sitting up.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" he smiled his million dollar smile.

"I would love to!"
