Nico wandered about the castle that night. His body moved with the shadows and his footsteps could only be heard if the most attentive ear was listening for them. The man's mind was numb, and his body was too. The thought of Tom having a relapse was deathly terrifying to him. The younger was so close to him, he reminded Nico of himself so much.
It was probably close to three in the morning when he was walking past the Room of Requirement, when the wall rippled to reveal a simple door. The handle turned and the door opened to reveal Tom, his hair still wet, and his light shirt was clinging to his body. His grey sweatpants barely clung to his figure, and because of the moisture on his skin, his shirt stuck to his ribs. Red splotches of blood were slightly visible on his sweatpants and some patches were beginning to seep through his shirt.
So, Emma was right. And by the looks of him there was a lot that he wasn't telling his friends. Nico knew that coming back to Hogwarts was tough on him but now he was truly able to see the pain it put him through.
Tom quickly glanced around the hallways, a little dizzy. Seeing no one, he made his way through the hallways towards the dungeons. Nico knew that he couldn't wait to bring Will any longer, he needed him, and most importantly Tom needed him.
The son of Hades shadow traveled back into his room and sprinted for the bathroom. He turned the tap on the bathtub on hot, and soon the steam rose steadily. He cast a lumos charm, and a rainbow took shape in the mist.
"Oh Iris, goddess of the Rainbow, accept my offering," He chanted into the mist. The demigod tossed a drachma, from the pile on the side of the bathtub for times like this, into the mist. It shimmered and disappeared.
"Show me Lady Hecate." He demanded, and soon the face of a certain concentrated goddess of magic took form. Her head was bent over an old book, her lips forming words as she muttered under her breath.
"Lady Hecate, I need to speak with you, and it's urgent." Nico said, a tone of stress evident in his statement. Her head shot up.
"Nico, any more news of our enemies?" She questioned. The other shook his head.
"No, but I'm afraid for the life of one of the undercover demigods, Tom. He's having a relapse of his eating and self harm disorders, and both Emma and I are concerned. He not only needs medical attention, but also Will. He is like a fatherly figure for Tom, and if he doesn't come soon I'm afraid that Tom might actually try to send himself to my father." The demigod quickly and clearly stated. She nodded.
"I'll allow Will to visit him, but no Witch or Wizard may know of his presence." She firmly lay down the rules. Nico nodded quickly.
"Of course, Lady Hecate." He swiped his hand through the mist and ran into the shadows. It was morning in the Infirmary, and Will was just walking in the door.
"Nico? Wha-" Will's question was cut off when he grabbed his arm.
"Tell Chiron that Will is coming with me for an unknown amount of time and Hecate will fill him in," Nico told one of his boyfriend's siblings and promptly dragged him into the shadows. The two emerged in my bedroom and the smaller ran over to his wand.
"Expecto Patronum," A black horned owl flew from the tip of the wand and began circling the room, its erie blue light illuminating the stone walls.
"Go tell Tom Felton to meet me in my classroom and that I know he is awake." He ordered the bird and it flew through the floor to the dungeons.
"Sunshine. What is going on?" Will softly asked his boyfriend, walking up behind him and rubbing his tense shoulders. Nico turned into his chest, burying his face into the other's shirt and basking himself in the calming scent.
