The sun was setting over the Long Island Sound. Colors of every shade of pink were thrown out into the sky in a stunningly organized chaos. The sea was clam, thanks to a certain son of Poseidon, and a gentle breeze floated across the cool sand.

They were on the border of camp, just outside it's limits to allow mortal attendees, but close enough so demigods could make a dash for protection if needed. They were sitting in two groups on the sand, split by an aisle down the middle. Will's mother was sitting at the front, with the rest of the Apollo cabin behind her. The other side consisted of the Seven, the ghost of Maria Di Angelo, Tom, Emma, Matthew and Luna. Everyone was dressed casually, including the couple in front of them.

Nico was wearing loose black jeans that were rolled up to just below his knees. His shirt was just a simple white tee with a black flannel thrown over it, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. Will had on tan shorts and a light yellow shirt. On his head was a crown of black roses, and on Nico's was a similar accessory, just gold flowers instead of black. Chiron stood between them, conducting the ceremony.

They had decided to go with a modern wedding, since an Ancient Greek wedding was complicated and lengthy.

Their vows were short and sweet, but they still managed to cry. The crowd awed and cried with them.

"So, do you, William Solace,  take Nico Di Angelo to be your lawfully wedded husband?" The demigod's eyes were bright as he answered.

"I do."

"And do you, Nico Di Angelo, take William Solace to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"lo voglio." His eyes scrunched up as he smiled at his fiance's look of confusion.

"It means I do, you dork." He muttered as Chiron read off the 'you may now kiss the groom.' The son of Hades pulled the blonde forward and smashed their lips together. The crowd cheered and Chiron smiled. Even Mr. D. was clapping, albeit half heartedly, just wanting to get to the party.

An hour later, they were all dancing on the soft sand, glasses of soda, champagne, wine and beer balanced in everyone's hands. Nico laid his head on Will's shoulder.

"Thank you for this, tesoro. I love you."

"I love you more, sunshine."
