Chapter Seven: Mikayla the Strong and Fearless: Part Two

(Nicki's POV begins)

"The Specialists are on their way." Erin says.

"I think it's fun that we have the guys for company this time! I can't wait to see Parker again.." Nicole says dreamily.

"The guy that has the blonde hair, is the most popular guy at Red Fountain, and has at least one girl by his side wherever he goes?" Marisa says. "I think you should go for someone else Nicole.. I've heard from people that he can be a little cocky sometimes."

"That's probably someone who probably dated him, and didn't recognize him for his true beauty. Not only is he beautiful on the outside, but he's beautiful on the inside.." Nicole explains.

"How do you know about this Parker guy? And what are the Specialists?" I ask. I'm so confused.

"Oh we all know about the Specialists. We all met a long time ago when we were kids. When our moms and aunts were still kinda young. They had Specialists accompany them when they went on missions, and they wanted to do the same thing for us." Erin says.

"And the Specialists are the students at Red Fountain. Their headmaster is Saladin. Mostly boys go there. Maybe one day girls will go there too." Marisa says. "Hey! Maybe we can attend classes there one day!"

"Wow." I say. "And hey, maybe we can take classes there one day, Marisa! I am totally up for that plan."

A big, flying vehicle parks down to the ground to where we are. It then opens the door to reveal six guys who are our age.

"Hey girls! Nice to see you again after a long time!" a guy with short brown hair says.

"5 years, 4 months, and 23 days to be exact." Erin says with a smile, and she hugs the short brown hair guy. "Nice to see you again Aaron."

The other girls hug their guy friends. Well except for Marisa and this guy who has a black mohawk. They only wave hands at each other.

While I look down at ground, kicking small rocks, I look over back at the vehicle, because a figure begins to appear out of the door.

My heart practically breaks in 10,000 pieces when I see who it is.

"Sean??!!"

(Sean's POV begins)

Nicki! I never knew she was here. Since when did she become a fairy?

"Nicki! What are you doing here?" I ask in happiness and shock.

"Stay away from me!" she yells.

I probably deserve to be yelled at like that.

(Nicki's POV begins)

Sean was the one who broke my heart a long time ago. We used to date when we were both 15. Since all Planet of Darkness children were homeschooled, I bet your wondering how we met.

I met him at a poetry club we have back at home. I loved going there, and hearing people talk about darkening our outlook on the world. He sat next to me in the booth I usually sit in, and we talked about a lot of things. That went on for about two weeks, and he finally asked me out when we both walked out of the poetry club. I said yes, and we shared our first kiss that night.

Things went well for two years, until that night he broke my heart.

When I went to the poetry club that night, and opened the door, I saw him talking with another girl, and laughing. At first I thought it was no big deal, probably one of his friends. Then they kissed. And I'm not talking about a kiss on the cheek. It was kiss on the lip.
