A Visit to Zenith: Prologue

(Erin's POV begins)

Hey everyone. So we've defeated the Trix once again and saved the Princess and planet of Lynphea.

So it's back to regular school life at Alfea right?

Wrong.

After the Specialists dropped us off, and told us goodnight, we all headed back to our rooms. Nicki decided to sleep in her room that night,
(trust me, she was tired! 87.8% of the time we were on the ship, she was asleep!)

So while I was changing into my pajamas that night: a neon blue camisole, and some white and blue striped pajama shorts, my cell began to ring.

It was really late that night, so I wondered who was calling me.

I answered my phone, and up on my phone screen showed my older sister, Numera.

"Hey Numera!" I said. "How's life been back at-"

"Enough with all that irrational stuff.." she abruptly said. "Have you forgotten what day it will be tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow will be Wednesday.." I said flatly.

"No! Not that! Tomorrow's the day you come and visit mom and I? Remember?"

"Oh yeah.." I say as I imagine bells ringing in my ear.

Tecna, my mom, had this thing she established before I left Zenith to live on Domino- that I would come and visit them every so often just to see how I was doing. The visits would only last for a full day.

We had set a date for when I would visit them [my mom and older sis] before I left to go Alfea.
I kinda forgot all about that visit.. Cause been busy with school, and with trying to fight against witches.

"Remember to have all your stuff ready!" Numera says. "Because we aren't on schedule, that would be.."

"I know, I know, very irrational. Which it would be."

"I promise I'll be on time." I tell my sister reassuringly.

"You better be." she says in a sorta-kinda stern tone.

I hang up my phone, and lay it down on my nightstand. I stare up at the bedroom ceiling, as I breathe a heavy sigh.

"Tomorrow's gonna be an interesting day." I say.

Let's just hope nothing goes wrong.
