Karaoke Night, Interrupted

MAGNUS POV

"I'm so fancy, you already know. I'm in the fast lane from L.A. to Tokyo. I'm so fancy, can't you taste this gold. Remember my name, 'bout to blow."

Magnus Bane was at his apartment with his boyfriend Alec Lightwood and his annoying family. Jace Herondale, his adopted brother was there with Clary Fairchild, and Isabelle Lightwood, Alec's sister was there with her annoying, now Shadowhunter, boyfriend Simon. They were having a karaoke contest. It was Magnus' turn and he chose to sing 'I'm So Fancy' by Iggy Azalea. He stopped abruptly when he heard a familiar sound. He turned around to see the others gaping at a blue police box that had just appeared in the middle of the floor.

"What just happened?" Izzy spoke first.

Just then the Doctor walked out.

"Hello, I'm the Doctor , and I need your help."

"What sort of universal crisis is going on now?" Magnus said, slightly annoyed that he didn't get to finish his song.

"Magnus, I'll tell you guys what happened when we collect everyone else. For now, get in the TARDIS."

"Wait a minute, you know him?" Simon interjected.

"Oh of course I know him we used to travel together for a while." The Doctor replied.

"Did you sleep with him too?" Alec asked.

Jace smacked him.

"Not now Alec. This is not the time." He whispered.

"Alec, no I did not sleep with him, nor do I have the desire to go on this trip."

"Well either you come freely or I drag you into here."

"Or I can just go back to singing my song."

"You don't want to do that. I need you to help prevent the apocalypse."

"Well can't it wait until I'm done this?"

"No I'm afraid not. You guys were my first stop. There is plenty more to go. Now get in the TARDIS."

He proceeded to push Simon, who was the closet into the TARDIS and Izzy ran after him, not knowing who this strange man was.

"Okay, fine you win. The rest of you pile into the box."

"Is this even safe?" Alec asked Magnus.

"Going with him? It's no more dangerous then what you normally do."

"Okay, one more question. How are we all supposed to fit inside?"

"That is easier seen then explained." Magnus said, suddenly determined to get on with it. He always liked his adventures with the Doctor, although he would never admit that aloud.

"Okay, if your so sure."

"I've never been so sure in my life."

And with that said, Magnus grabbed Alecs hand and ran into the TARDIS, Jace and Clary not far behind.
