After that incident, I took Jimin and myself to a hotel that was in the next city over. Maybe about an hour drive to make sure we were far from home in case someone else was going to come to the house for... Jimin...

It was late. Not that late though, it was only midnight. Maybe late for some people. Not for me. I smiled down at him as he buried his face further into my chest. I ran my fingers through his hair as I kissed the top of his head.

Since the incident, he's been clinging to me. He hasn't let me go at all. Either grabbing onto my arm and hugging it or he just hugs me without having the thought of letting go. I wanna say it is cute, but he's only doing it cause he's scared from what happened. I don't blame him either.

We never even changed from our pajamas. He was wearing sweatpants and one of my hoodies. I was wearing a tank top and a pair of sweatpants as well. There wasn't time to change cause I wanted to get out of the house straight away.

He looked up at me which made me instinctively look down into his eyes with a small smile. "Yeah?" Just shaking his head he looked back into my chest. I wasn't leaving it at that though. "Hey Jimin. I know this isn't a good time. I actually have a hit tonight to do. I really don't want to leave you here alone after what happened. I was wondering, do you want to come with me for the hit so you won't be alone? If you don't want to go I can just not do the job and be out of the money, b-but I'm completely fine with that you know. It won't bother me at all. I just want to make sure you have your say. Do you or do you not want to go with me on the hit?"

As I was talking he looked up at me as he listened to me speak. He looked back down and cuddled even more with a quiet; almost inaudible sigh. "...will I have to do anything?"

I shook my head quickly. "No no no you won't have to lift a finger I promise" I smiled as I sat up in the bed. Fixing my hair. When I moved he got up at the same time and fixed his own hair.

"Fine yeah... We can go. I don't wanna be in this room alone"

"-just just remember", I almost cut him off but didn't as he looked me back once more in the eyes,"You don't have to go. We don't have to do this"

He shook his head this time as he grabbed my wrist then played with my knuckle with his fingers. "No, it's fine. I wanna go with you. I'm fine with it I promise"

I smiled as I leaned and kissed his head. Getting up from the bed after throwing the covers off of me, I stood up and stretched. Groaning as my back popped a little. I went over to the mirror and checked my hair. Grabbing my bag; basically, the only thing I grabbed before we left and took at a black cloth mask. Getting two and tossing one over to Jimin. He inspected it before putting it on when I did.

I grabbed the small pistol from the bag and checked the ammo. Two bullets now. I put the clip back inside and put on the safety as I slipped it back into the back and zipped it up. I looked over at Jimin and smiled underneath the mask.

"You ready?" I mumbled,"You can back out of this now if you want to" He shook his head as he got up from the bed as well. Fixing his hair to kind of hide his eyes but I went over and pushed his hair away with a soft laugh. "Don't do that silly you look scary when you do that"

He pushed on my chest in a childish way as he hit my arm. "Hush I'm not a kid" he pouted under the cloth and hugged my arm again. I smiled and we left the hotel room after I grabbed the keycard.

We didn't take a cab or anything. We just walked because we weren't that far from where the hit was. I grabbed his hand as I pried him off of my arm and led him into a building. Walking down a gold trimmed hallway with the marble floor and was going past the elevator and to the staircase.
