You're... You're Leaving Me?

Harmony's POV

I sighed. Today is the day I tell my parents my secret. Although somehow I need to tell Harry. Ugh, this is gonna be fun! Not. Yasmin wasn't here yet so I had plenty of time to run through the plan. So I video call them, let them drag on for a while and then kid conversation, I'll blurt my secret. That'll work. Hopefully.

"Knock knock!" Yasmin smiled as she entered my apartment. She had a potion in her hands and I smirked a little when I saw it. "It's funny to think a small potion can do so much for us." I muttered. Yasmin laughed before throwing the bottle against a wall and letting the bright red liquid soak into the building.  "There, signal and wifi for all! Now, let's get set up and ready."

It took us a while to sort everything out and find a place where everything would work best, but we soon had the iPad set up ready to video call Mum and Dad in a while. I couldn't stop pacing the room as I ran through the plan in my head. My lips moved as I thought, mainly because I was muttering the plan.

There was a sudden knock at the door, knocking my concentration and making me shoot at the door a few times. "Calm down,  tripod!" Poisonberry told me, getting up and opening the door. I went almost paper white when I saw who was at the door. "What do you want, Harry?" Yasmin asked angrily. We planned on telling him after my parents, and him showing up now had given me the jitters.

"I came to see Harmony." He said firmly, looking at me. I started shaking and Yasmin had to push him outside quickly. They had a brief co versatile before she came back in,  smiling a little. "He's agreed to meet us later at the chip shop. Now, are you ready?" She asked me, sitting with me on the sofa. My hands were still shaking a little but I nodded at her. "As ready as I'll ever be."

We hit the face time button together and waited anxiously as the call connected. Suddenly, my mum's face appeared on the screen with Dad. "Harmony!! How's our little demon?" She chimed, sounding very very fake. I could hear Poison Ivy in the background and smirked a little, going back to normal. "Hi, Mum. Hi, Dad. I'm good. And I've got some amazing news!"

That was probably the best video call I've ever had with my parents! They were so excited about what I told them and so was Ivy. Apparently Isaac has been sent to live with his father for a while so I'm safe around school and the estate. And Isaac will be a changed guy when he gets back. If he gets back.

But I still have to tell Harry.

Yasmin kept telling me I could do it and it was easy. Only she's never had to tell the guy she loved something that would break them apart. She's never been in love. "Come in, it can't be that bad. Look, we'll tell him together, okay?" She persuaded me. I sighed and gave in, "Okay..."
"Great! Let's go then!"
"Wait, now?"
"Yeah!"
"As in, right now?"
"Duh."

Before I could answer,  she grabbed my arm and dragged me to the chip shop. The entire time, I tried to think of a lie to tell Harry that he would believe. Nothing came to mind. "Hey, stop that.  You'll make your lip bleed!" Yasmin muttered, noticing I'd started to bite my lip. It was a habit I'd gained from the incident and I've hated it. "Sorry,  I can't help it." I answered, stopping the lip biting.

We had reached the shop by now and honestly, I was terrified. What if he turns out like Harri? What if Una and Gil get involved and I end up losing my best friends? What if- "Come on, he's waiting!" I was cut off by Uma who had met us outside. She was in on the secret by now and was going to make sure Harry didn't do anything stupid. She took my hand and Yasmin to on the other before the three of us walked inside.

Harry's POV

Uma went outside and I was left talking with Gil. "What if she's pregnant? What if she's moving to Bore-don. What if-" I was cut off by the doors opening and Uma, Yasmin and Harmony entering the shop. They looked like a gang with better team work skills than Mal's little crew and the best history ever.  But it was all smoke and mirrors until they reached where I stood.

"Hi, boys." Harmony stuttered, looking up briefly. Somethings definitely wrong. "Can we speak to Harry please, Gil? Alone?" Yasmin continued. Uma gave him a glare and Gil quickly stood up and ran to his brothers and sister who were wrestling over a bandana. "So what is it, girls?" I half smiled at them.

Harmony looked more worried than ever as she gripped onto the others for support, "Harry, I... I'm going home..." Home? "Why would you leave your apartment just to tell me you're going back there?" I asked, confused. Yasmin and Uma face palmed simultaneously and Harmony teared up a little. "No, Harry. I - I'm moving back... t-to Gotham..."

Tears overcame her and she ran out, leaving me with Uma and Yas. "She's leaving? But why, Vine boy is there!" I told them, worried for Harmony but upset I'd be losing the love of my life. And if she's gone, I'm a lost cause in life. The girls said nothing and I pushed past the hem quickly, rushing out after Princess.

She was leaning against the wall of the shop, crying into her hands as she held onto the necklace I'd once stolen for her. "You're...You're leaving me?" I asked, walking over to her. She looked up quickly and nodded sadly, wiping her eyes. "I have to, Harry. Life on the isle... its just not what what I hoped it be anymore. My birthday is just days away and I'm used to being number one but now there's this Cotillion... I just want my parents, Harry..." She suddenly hugged me and cried.

Whilst hugging her back, I couldn't help but sing quietly. It wasn't a song I'd really heard of, but it somehow clicked in my head and fit with the moment.

I put my hand under her chin and made her look at me. She shook her head and turned away, joining in the song

She went to walk away but I grabbed her hand, spinning her as we sang together.
"I'd climb every mountain
And swim every ocean

And fix what I've broken

She started shaking a little and pulled away again, tears in her eyes.
"There goes my hand shaking
And you are the reason
My heart keeps bleeding
I need you now"

I looked at her and it broke my heart seeing her so upset.
"If I could turn back the clock
I'd make sure the light defeated the dark
I'd spend every hour, of every day
Keeping you safe"

Harmony and I walked along the alley, hand in hand as we looked at the mountains of Auradon.
"And I'd climb every mountain
And swim every ocean
Just to be with you
And fix what I've broken

That you are the reason,"

She turned to me, her hands in mine as she she looked up at me. No offense, but Harmony really needs to grow.
"Oh, I don't wanna fight no more"
"I don't wanna hurt no more"
"I don't wanna cry no more"

I knew this wasn't aimed at me and it made her tear up, tearing as way from me and getting lost in the market.  I ran after her,
"Come back, I need you to hold me closer now" We found each other as way fern muttered,
"You are the reason, oh"

We kept getting pushed closer and closer and I couldn't help but smirk at this.
"Just a little closer now
Come a little closer now" Harmony suddenly pulled me away, a small smile on her face when we were alone.
"I need you to hold me tonight"

Nodding, I hugged her tight and finished the song quietly.
"I'd climb every mountain
And swim every ocean
Just to be with you
And fix what I've broken
'Cause I need you to see
That you are the reason"

We looked at each other, lost in our own world. I know she's going to leave me anyway,but I need her to know I'm never gonna forget her. Harmony put something in my hand and muttered sadly, "You are the reason..." before walking away to pack her things.

The moment she left, I looked at what was in my hand. It was a charm. Attached to a piece of ribbon big enough to attach to my sword. The charm was of a pirate sword and a shot gun crossed over.

A double crossed love...
