Chapter 5

I pulled up outside the bowling alley closely followed by Calum. As well all left our vehicles we gathered in a small huddle waiting for Luke to tell us what we were really here for.

"Well" Luke started smiling around at our eager faces. "I have ingeniously come up with a game that's going to be played by many a generation, and I know your all dying to kno-"

"Why do you have to be so over dramatic about everything" Jen sighed cutting Luke off before he begun a hour long speech

Yeah Luke, get on with it for once" Michael agreed

"Right, fine" Luke mumbled. "Basically let's see who the first one to get kicked out is yeah?" Smiles creeped on everyone's faces with the realisation this could actually be alot of fun. "This goes without saying" Luke added. "Don't do anything to get the coppers called. I am under the influence of illegal substances and would rather not do time" Everyone nodded I'm agreement as we flooded into the bowling alley in small groups.

I headed inside with Ashton trailing behind me. I looked around slowly at the possibilities that presented me. I saw Calum and Jess instantly head towards the arcade, to my presumption they were going to knock over and arcade machine to try and get the money from inside. That was a pretty clique way to be kicked out I thought. I was looking for something inventive. We walked deaper inside and was surronded by the hustle of a busy bowling alley. I headed towards the diner and took a seat on a stall shortly followed by Ashton throwing his body down onto the table and resting his head on his crossed arms looking up at me.

"I've just moved here" He spoke 

"Yes" I smiled at him lightly "I know" 

"So.." He nudged his head deaper into his arms hiding his face "I don't want to get into any trouble" He mumbled

"I can't quite here you" I teased making him repeat what he was clearly embarrased to say properly. He took his head from his arms to speak without looking at me

"I don't want to get into trouble" He said quietly, but clearer then before.

"Oh right, I thought thats what you said, I was just hoping I was imagining you being a pussy"

"That's pretty immature" he stated

"Yeah well, I'm not quite an adult yet" I retorted. I turned towards him looking at his worried expression. I don't even think I believe hes 20, he is defiently not acting like it. I sighed, feeling slightly sorry for him as hes clearly not cut out for the group of friends I have. However, I can't just leave them, hes just going to have to stick it out for the night and maybe enjoy himself.

"Do we have to play" He whinned sitting up but leaning his face on his hand. 

"Yes Ashton, we can't just ditch, anyway, I'm getting the impression you have never had fun before" 

"What, just because I don't want to get into trouble that automatically says I don't have fun?" He scoffed.

"Yeah, thats exactly what it means actually" I chuckled shaking my head slightly. "Like whats the most insane thing you've ever done?" I asked 

"Right. Well, back in Australlia, me and some friends snuck out at night an-" He cut himself off as his face scrunched up in laughter. He covered his mouth with his hands as his eyes were squinted. I raised my eyebrow slightly waiting for him to get a hold of himself. "and, sorry, sorry" He laughed slightly still trying to countinue. "Right, yeah and then we went to the beach with a bbq.." He laughed again slightly but was able to keep his composure this time "Bare in mind it was about 2am" He said seriously. I let out a little ooo at how badass he seemed to me right now. "We caught a crab on the beach and my friend just cooked it and the looks on our faces! he acutally ate it, I mean he caught a crab..." He paused before finished "AND THEN HE ATE IT!" He began to giggle hysterically holding his stomache as his dimples popped out from his cheeks. I couldn't help but smile at him as dorky as he clearly was. "But thats not it" he continued happily. "We then went swimming and it was freezing, but we went anyway"
