"Where the fuck am I?!"
Hidan screamed.
He had two major problems. First he could read shit. This alphabet is so different from what he had learned, that he couldn't even guess what the characters mean.
The second problem is he couldn't really talk to the people. The people here speak different then this Ging guy.
There was only one person that could understand him, this person asked if he came from Jappon.Hidan didn't answer and the person just went away. It was like 'Hey let's ask a random guy on the street, if he comes from a country he doesn't know!' seems legit.
He clearly didn't come from this Jappon, hell he didn't even knew where that was. He knew that he came from the element nations. He was buried in the land of fire. What if it's name changed in all this time?
"Hey you guy with the big scythe!"
Hidan turned to the sound of the voice he could understand. That guy had just like everyone he met a strong accent, but he spoke better than this Ging guy.
In front of Hidan was now a bald guy with a black outfit and a red scarf.
"You from Jappon? Also here for the Hunter exam? I am from Jappon! My name is Hanzo, nice to meet you!"
He spoke really fast.
"Yeah I am also here for the Hunter exam, name's Hidan, Jashinist."
He responded narrowing his eyes at, the guy in front of him. He must admit it, this Hanzo had some skills, nothing special, but his Taijustu must be one of the best....
"Hey do you want to go together? I noticed that you have some problems to communicate with people I could help you and you help me. We guys from Jappon should work together!"
Hidan got a 'little' angry at what he said, but did not make a move. Why should he NEED anyones help? But, at the same time he really needed that guy. Without him he could not even get around the city without getting lost, not even thinking about finding the Hunter exam.
"I would fucking like your help."
With a twitching eyebrow he answered. It was really annoying that nobody understood him. He finally found a person who is willing to help him and can help him. 'So why not use them?' He thought to himself to get over that he needs help from a bald nobody.
Hanzo brightened up at his answer.
"That's great! Hey are you a ninja. What I now tell you is a secret, but you are also from Jappon so it doesn't matter. I am a Ninja, but do not tell anyone about it."
Hanzo had another rant...
Hidan already knew that the guy in front of him is a Ninja, you, could guess from his hidden weapons and his clothes.
" I also was once a ninja, a fucking good ninja at that!"
Hidan told him without a care in the world. Hanzo was even happier now. He found another ninja outside from his village. Back in Hidan's time this would be something bad, but now where there are only a few ninjas in this world, it's as if finding a great treasure. You, can trade Jutsus and weapons. Where you normally only know the ones thought by your village that where made over generations. The problem is that most of the Jutsus aren't so good as back then, because most scrolls went missing.
Now that he found a ninja how could he not be happy.
The both of them processed on there way to there destination, the Hunter exam.
Little special: Hidan learns a new language
(everything in bold letters is Japanese or whatever they speak in this Jappon from HunterxHunter...)
"Hidan do you want me to teach you how to speak the language here? It would not be good if you ruined the image of Jappon like this. Ah sorry I don't mean any harm if you don't want to I won't force you, but I am just saying."
Hidan nodded at his reasoning it would be good knowing how to speak with the people there and not be a complete fool who doesn't understand even a word from what's said.
" yeah whatever it, would be good to know how to know how to speak the common language."
Hanzo nodded.
"I still wonder how he knows the ancient language from Jappon so well, but not the common language spoken all over the world, even in Jappon... But it's not like the ancient language is a secret or so, but only knowing the ancient one, even the elders learned the common language first and they are so old..."
Hanzo mumbled to himself. Hidan not understanding a word got angry.
"Oi what the fuck have you just said?! "
"Nothing important... Just how I will teach you the language."
Hanzo told, Hidan scratching the back of his head awkwardly.
Hidan didn't know what kind of hell it is to learn a new language, especially with an hyperactive, talkative ninja.
