Perrie Edwards. That's my name. My oh so well known name. It's like a curse. Being one of the biggest CEO's isn't easy. The way my parents raised me is why I'm me today. I'm such a spoilt brat. Doing with my money what I want. My life was normal, until I turned 18 and took over my dad's company. Our family was more than rich. I knew the company wasn't doing good and he knew too. He wanted me fail. He was dying soon and the last thing he wanted to see is me failing. His cancer was beating him. I despised my father. After he passed away just a few month after my 18th birthday, I didn't shed a tear. He was cruel, he never showed me love.
My mom on the other side was a lovely mom, even tho she was far up my dad's ass and did everything he said. After my dad passed, she drunk herself to death. Literally. She died from alcohol poisoning just a year after my dad passed. I was on my own and I knew I would make it. The death of my parents made me ice cold. They left me way too soon, left me to fail. The walls around my heart and emotions where there to save and protect me. Love is weakness.
"You can go now. Don't call me." I told the woman, who was about to fall asleep beside me, while I was lightening my cigarette. Another one night stand, nothing special. She huffed out and left with her clothes in her hands. I stood up, putting on my robe and walking out on the balkony of my huge penthouse. I made it. I didn't fail. I looked up to the sky, kinda hoping that my parents were looking down at me and seeing that I actually made it wthout them. Taking a puff of my cigaette, I looked over London. I had everything I ever wanted, I proved my dead parents wrong, yet, something was missing. My life was miserable and fucking perfect at the same time. Taking my last puff, I walked up the stairs, into the bathroom. I didn't know why, all of the sudden my life felt so incomplete but complete at the same time. Taking a showeer, I thought maybe I could wash away the broken pieces of myself. All this money and all those women gave me pleasure, but not certainly the way I wanted. I was broken and no one was able to fix me.
"Maybe I don't want to be fixed." I mumbled to myself while drying me off. I put on my sports bra and some boxers, not really caring what I wear to bed. I walked into my real bedroom. I got like five bedrooms and one of them is like my room where I have fun with women. Laying down in the fresh sheets I thought about my day tomorrow. I had a lot of meetings and in general a long day. Better get some sleep...

Waking up by the sound of my alarm, I tried to get rid of the sleepiness as fast as possible. It was a long day, I had no time to waste. Getting dressed in black suit pants and a white shirt, I walked downstairs and saw a plate with breakfast and coffee. My charwoman also does my meals and all. I'm a busy woman, I don't have time for stuff like that. Quickly eating my breakfast, I checked my shedule. In the office all day long again. Getting some files out off my office room, I took the elevator into the lobby. Getting out of the huge building I already saw my car waiting with my personal driver. Walking thru the big glass doors I noticed a small brunette sitting beside the doors, leaning against the wall with a cup in her hands. Her hair looked like a mess, her clothes the same. She looked up at me and immadiently stood up walking over to me. I rolled eyes. Great, another homeless person.
"Hey please can you give me a bit money I need-"
"I have no time." I told her dryly, walking ahead to my car. I saw her frown from the corner of my eye's.
"You're clothes look expensive please I know you have money, just I little bit." She pleaded, trailing behind me. I walked off without another word. I never saw her before. Many homeless people are infront of this buidling cause just the famous stars and CEO's are able to afford even something in there. But I never saw her before. She looked way too young to be on the streets.
"Please." I heard her saying one last time before I got in my car. I watched her as I drove off, her hand with the cup falling, no money coming out which meant no one gave her something so far. I can't with those people. She looked young, so why not search for a job? Pathetic. Arriving at my office building 20 minutes later, I walked in and was greeted with many hello's. I'm mostly not in the mood so I just walk directly into my office. Just as I was about to sit, someone stormed into my office.
"What a beautiful day." Really Jesy? Always in a good mood. She walked in and sat down on the sofa right across my desk.
"Yeah, great." I mumbled ironical. I've always been this cold. Even before my parents died. Jesy was the only person since primary school, who knew how to get me in a good mood. But today was just not the day.
"Come on grumpy pants. I saw you leaving with this girl yesterday in this bar. Bet you got some?" She wiggled her eyebrows. I couldn't help but chuckle.
"Yeah, I got some." I told her, already scribbling down on papers.
"Was she the one?" She asked playfully. This girl really never saw me with a girlfriend. Reason- I never had one. She tries to hard to finally get me to date.
"Come on. Having a realtionship is the best thing on earth." See? She tries and tries but it'll never work.
"Just cause you and Lee Lee are like the biggest dream couple, doesn't mean other's are the same or even want something like you both have." It was true. They both were enagaged and Leigh was pregnant. They found a donor a year ago but it never worked, so they searched until finally, she was pregnant.
"How is she by the way?" Pregnancy can be a pain in the ass. I once saw a documentary about it and was happy that I couldn't get pregnant.
"Morning sickness you know. She can be really annoying in the first second and then the cutest in the next." Jesy said, a smile visible on her face. I was happy for her. They were dating for so long already. They both worked here, Leigh is actually my secretary and Jesy my second hand. Because Leigh is pregnant and off work, I had to hire a new assistant. Her name was Heather and she would stay as long as Leigh is off work. Heather and I had a few fucks but nothing more. I noticed that she got clingy, so I haven't had her over in more than a week.
"I'm happy for you. By the way, on your way out, could you call Heather in?" I asked her.
"Of course boss." She saluted and walked off. Just a few minutes later, I saw Heather walking in with her tablet in her hands.
"You called for me Miss Edwards?" She asked, a smile tugging her lips. Did she think I would call her in to have a quick fuck? Oh Heather, so pitiful.
"When's my next meeting?" I asked with a flat tone. She quickly did someting on the tablet. I looked up, patiently waiting.
"Uhm in half an hour." She said shyly. I nodded and looked down again. I noticed that she was still there after about 2 minutes, shifting in her position.
"Anything else?" I asked irritated. She cleared her throat, ready to say something.
"We you know, haven't uhm done anything in a week. Wanna well... do something?" She asked lowly. I breathed out. Should I? I could get some pressure off.
"Yeah you come with me to my penthouse after the day is over." I said, typing away on the computer.
"Really?" She asked in diesblief. I guess she hasn't expected my answer.
"Really. Now go and get the things ready for the meeting." She quickly left. She was so head over heals for me and would do anything for me. Kinda cute, but she's not my type to be honest. Red hair, pale skin. Nah. I need something more exotic...

Fucking long day. I was on my way back home, Heather sitting beside me in the car. I nearly forgot about her when I left. We arrived at the building. We both got out of the car, making our way in. This girl from the morning was still sitting there. She looked even more horrible now. I looked down at her. Her cup had not much money in it, just a few coins. She looked up at me. I expected her to run after me, asking if I had money, but she just turned away, closing her eye's.
"Come on babe." Heather said, tugging at my arm. I followed her inside. But my mind was stuck on that girl. She looked so young, too young. Why was she homeless...
