"Summer is the worst." Lissa groaned as she flipped through the TV guide, "Don't get me wrong, the break from school is nice, but almost all of my shows are over until the fall!"

I chuckled. "This is why you should just watch cooking shows like Dimitri and me. No matter how many we watch there's somehow more. I'd recommend Cutthroat Kitchen, it's definitely the funniest food show I've watched, especially the episodes with a theme."

"I get enough of that when Christian cooks. I want drama and love and all that, not a bunch of people not managing their time correctly." She sighed and flipped the TV to Netflix, despite knowing she'd caught up on all her shows on there, as well. "I swear, it makes no sense. Why would they air everything good during the fall instead of summer, when people usually have more time?"

"Probably because they want to give people something to look forward to when they get off work and school. Summer is for binge-watching and the networks know it. Can you pick something?"

Lissa looked a little bit more before she gave up and offered me the remote, "You do it, then."

I rolled my eyes and took the remote, "Fine."

I scrolled down until I found something under "Shows With a Strong Female Lead". I scrolled over to it and saw it was eight seasons long. "Here. This is eight seasons long and it's from the early 2000's, there's definitely some cheesy drama in it."

"Charmed? I think I used to watch this, but I don't really remember any of it." Lissa said, snuggling deeper into the couch, "I'm down to give it a couple episodes, at least."

"Finally, we have a winner." I grinned and turned it on, finally noticing the title of the first episode, "Something Wicca This Way Comes?"

"You kill undead vampires for a living but can't suspend your disbelief for witches? Especially considering you have a friend who is a witch?" Lissa asked eyebrow raised.

"I mean, I guess. Still, they couldn't have picked a less cliche title? I bet you five bucks that another episode is 'Something Wicca This Way Goes'. There's no way."

"This episode is from the 90s, so probably not. Now shut up and watch." Lissa directed my attention to the screen as a blonde woman got stabbed with a silver knife.

"Alright, maybe this show is going to be a little more interesting than I thought." Lissa swiped at my arm but laughed as we both settled in to watch the show.

Seven episodes later, and Lissa was texting Christian telling him to come home with food since neither of them was willing to get it themselves.

"He's no Dimitri, but I'd go for Leo." I mused as they watched two of the sisters fight over him.

"Seriously?"

"Yeah. You're just too used to the Chrises and Efrons to appreciate him. I'm telling you, he's attractive."

"Should I be jealous?" I turned to see an amused Dimitri and Christian, each holding a takeout box from our favorite restaurant, and an additional box in Dimitri's hand from the bakery.

I snorted as Lissa and I took our food, with Lissa pausing the show, "I wouldn't worry too much. Just appreciating, Comrade. Besides, fictional characters can't bring me food when I'm too involved with a show to get food."

"Must be a really good show." Christian commented as he sat on the other couch with Dimitri, "Especially if it's stopping you from getting food."

Lissa snorted as she dug into her food, "I don't know if it's an amazing show, but it certainly drags you in."
