Nightshade

I smelled her as he put her on my back.

  It wasn't good. Very bad.

She smelled sour. Sick. Not the way my angel usually smells.

  She usually smells like flowers.

Once he climbed on and I knew he was safe, I charged.

But he said we needed to hurry.

  That's exactly what I did.

I ran faster and faster, nearly running out of breath.

But I kept focusing on her. She needed to get there. And fast.

I was about to take off, but we were already there.

He jumped off, carried her and bolted in.

I paced around, not knowing if my angel will be okay.

I didn't stop until he came out.

He had a clipboard and pouch.

  The pouch smelled like her.

I hung my head. I wanted to be with my angel.

I wanted her to hug me. Tell me she's okay.

When he said he would send me back to the bots, it made me feel better.

At least the kids would pay attention me.

  Arcee is nice, too.

He put the board on my back, but I barely felt it.

I walked in slowly, wanting my angel to be next to me, her hand on my neck.

I hoped she would be okay.  I wanted her to come back to me.

I wanted to see her again.

I keep the board balanced as I walk.

  I smelled Optimus.

His scent was more metalic than anyone elses. But it had something sweet at the very end of it, just in the background.

I trot through, and the portal closes.

Optimus was typing on the panel with letters flying by.  I wondered how he could read it.

  I snort, stomping my hooves.

He looks down at me, noticing the clipboard.

I slide it off my back by shaking, pick it up, and fly up to his eye level.

S wouldn't have sent me here with it unless he wanted one of them to see it.

He takes it with his fingers, and it grows and grows until he can easily read it.

I land where the humans usually hang out, sad that they weren't here yet.
