Flashback ( 3 months after Mia wakes up)

Mia's POV

I finally got back into school and I had the end of the year exam, I read the questions but all I heard was everyone yelling. I looked around but everyone's mouths never moved, I thought I was going crazy. I held my hands to my ears and I ran out of the classroom "Weirdo, guess she's finally cracked." "She's cracked just like her father" I kept on hearing and I ran into the Janitors closet. I held my hands to ears and I laid on the ground "Leave me alone" I kept on crying and I saw the door open "Did you see her come into this closet?" I heard a teacher say and I frowned as I saw Ben "Yeah, I did but she's not here. Uh maybe she went to the bathroom." Ben said and I shook my head as they closed the door and I started crying again. "Why couldn't they see me?" I cried and I heard the door open again.

"Because you turned invisible." I looked up to see Dr. Harrison Wells "You... you're Harrison Wells." "Yes, and I know you. Mia Allen." He said and I reappeared. "How do you know my name? Me out of everyone?" I asked and he smiled "Come, we have lots to find out about you." Dr. Wells said and I followed him and I met Cisco Ramon and Caitlin Snow.

I woke up in STAR Labs and I saw Barry and Joe next to me "Hey, sweetie." "What happened?" I asked and Dr. Wells smiled "You added a new element to your powers." "It looked like you released Electrical shock-waves that literally knock Black's clones away. But it took most of your energy, that's why you fainted." Cisco said and I nodded. "It seems when ever you were hit with that Lightning bolt in the icy lake, the electricity connected to your brain waves and so... Every emotion picks up a wave of energy. If your angry, scared, sad; it will generate and that's the best you can use it." Caitlin said showing a diagram of what happened that night. "When I released that energy, I could feel this power like I could feel all the electricity around me. I was scared for Barry, I thought Black was gonna kill you. And so I let it all out and next thing I knew this force field came ur way" I told Barry and he smiled "I'm just glad you're okay. I don't know what I would do if I lost you." Barry said hugging me and I hugged back and so did Joe.

I went back to the precinct with Barry and I sighed "Thank you for saving my friend Millie." I said and he shrugged "It's what I do know. Um why don't you start coming with me to protect the city." Barry asked and I shrugged "I don't think so. I still have more training before I can save a whole city. But someday." I told him and Joe came in with three boxes of pizza. "Hungry? Pepperoni, olives and Jalapeños for Barry and a pepperoni and mushrooms for Mia." Joe said and I smiled opening the Pizza box "Thank you." I said and then hugged Joe "Your Welcome. Bar. You were wrong." "I've been wrong a lot this week. you're gonna have to be more specific." Barry said and Joe sighed "You said that one of the things driving you to run around out there was that you couldn't help your dad. you can help him. We can. We're gonna figure out who or what killed your mother that night. And then we're gonna get your father out of prison. Together." Joe said and I smiled "Joe, what I said about you not being our father--" "Barry, I know I'm not you guys father..." Joe said and Barry stopped him "You're right. Your not. You're just... the man who kept us fed and in clothes, who sat beside our bed at night until we fell asleep because Mia was afraid of the dark... you helped me with my homework, you taught me how to drive and shave... You even taught Mia how to dance so she wouldn't look stupid at her first dance. You dropped me off at college, sounds a lot like a dad to me." "To us." I corrected Barry and Joe smiled and sat down next to Barry and across from me. I picked up a slice of my pizza and Barry picked up a mushroom from my slice but I slapped his hand away looking all serious but we all laughed.
