When Spencer saw Juno he felt his heart break.
"Where is she ?! Emily !" Hands firmly pushes against his chest as he attempted to walk out of the waiting room. "Spencer, you can't -"
"Juno Reid ?" Immediately everyone froze and looked towards the Doctor. Spencer quickly rushed foreword, "how is she ?" The doctor grimaced, "Are you get husband ?" Spencer nodded and the Doctor sighed, "follow j
"Your wife isn't in the best position. She has severe bruising along most of her body, lacerations along her-" Spencer zoned out the voice of the doctor as he stared into the doors.
"Dr Reid ?" Shaking his head he looked towards the Doctor,"I asked if you would like to see her." Spencer nodded and entered the room.
Bruises littered her body, the handprints marking her neck stood out. There were two sets with one looking older than the other. A hand touched his arm and he turned to see her doctor there.
"Dr Reid, we have a few questions to ask." Spencer looked back towards Juno before nodding and following him outside. "Dr Reid, we need to know if there's any type of domestic abuse occurring in your house hold.-"
"What ?! What do mean ?! Why would you ask that ?!" The doctor raised his hands in surrender before sighing softly, "there are two sets of handprints around her neck. One set is older than the other, they're from before she was abducted. We immediately have no choice but to ask about domestic violence at home."
Spencer sighed and ran his hands through his hair, "she was attacked by a violent patient around three weeks ago. She's not being abused." The doctor nodded before continuing to ask questions about Juno.
With one look at her, Spencer found himself on the verge of crying. She had a tube down her throat to help her breathe, an iv in her arm to keep fluids, and various other machines attached to her just to keep her alive.
However, Juno began making progress.
Her vitals proved stable enough to the point where she didn't need something breathing for her or a machine to keep her alive anymore.
She began to twitch her fingers as she regained senses in her body. However, as she did everything felt like it was on fire. From her twitching fingers to her breathing escalating.
Everything ached and burned.
When she opened her eyes, she noticed the bright lights first. Then, she noticed the stiffness in her muscles as she sat up.
Juno climbed out of bed and grabbed her IV stand. Cringing slightly, she began to walk out of the room. Stumbling, she gripped the walls as she looked around.
"Juno ?" Turning towards the voice she noticed JJ rushing towards her. Falling into her arms, JJ held her tightly and helped guide her to her room.
"Where's my baby ?! JJ ! Stop !" JJ paused as Juno looked around wildly, "where is Florence ?!" JJ sighed and blinked a few times before answering, "she's with Spencer. Do you want to see her ?" Juno nodded feverishly before climbing back into her bed.
