When Juno met Spencer she had been working a late night.
"Oh shit, Christina ! Watch over my patients I'm needed in Trauma." Rushing down the halls, Juno found herself in a trauma room assessing the gun shot wound to the man's neck.
"Call for an O.R room prep !-" one of her interns quickly picked up the phone as other opened the door. "Let's go !" The Doctor rushed the bed through the halls to an O.R.
It didn't take long until he was out of surgery and in his own room. "Good job Dr. Hayes, I'll check up on him." The other woman nodded and they both went their separate ways.
"Hello there, -" looking down at her chart she grinned before looking back up, " Dr. Reid. My name is Dr Hale, your surgery went perfect as planned. No complications at all, and you should be good to go in no time."
Both Spencer and Juno had blushed bright pink as Juno left the room. Her breathing seemed erratic causing her to slightly panic at the though of an anxiety attack.
Checking herself over for the other signs, she was unsuccessful. Furrowing her brows she grabbed the back of Christina's coat and dragged her into the supply closet.
"Christina ! I-i don't know what's happening ! My breathing is-is erratic and I'm clear for any signs of an attack but I don't- what is it ?!" Christina was bent over laughing loudly at her friends distressed state causing Juno to furrow her brows again.
"Oh Juno. You think he's cute !" The stubborn doctor shook her head feverishly before Christina gave her a look. "I don't-" "ask for his number." Juno gave her a glare causing Christina to roll her eyes before shoving her out the door, "go. Now."
"Ugh fine." The talented doctor walked back into his room slightly nervous before smiling widely as he began to stutter a hello to her. One of his teammates stood by his bedside opening his Jello.
"Hello Dr Rei-" "Spencer ! I-uh- call me Spencer." She smiled down at his softly as she adjusted his IV before nodding. "Well Spencer, my name is Juno. You can call me Juno." He smiled brightly (and quite adorably) before looking back towards the door.
Looking behind her, there stood a panicked blonde woman in a colorful outfit. She quickly shut the door with wide eyes causing Juno to furrow her brows, "ma'am what's the problem ?" The woman shook her head before asking her to leave.
Complying, she left the room before Christina stopped her at the nurses station, " did you do it ?!" Juno sighed and shook her head before looking down at another patient's chart.
However the fire alarm went off causing everyone to vacate the hospital. People immediately looked around in a panic as Juno spoke to Christina. However, across the parking lot Juno met the eyes of Spencer Reid.
The two kept eye contact before Juno looked back to find them allowing people to renter the hospital.
Walking back into the hospital, Juno made her rounds before ending up back in front of Dr Reid's door. Walking in with his chart she immediately noticed a nurse out of place. "I'm sorry, sir ? I think you have the wrong room-" he turned and drew hit gun before firing at her.
Juno fell to the ground, and so did the "nurse". Looking at the ceiling, she gingerly touched her side where the bullet was lodged. Retracting her hand she noticed blood staining her fingers as she blinked rapidly.
"Oh my god ! Juno !" Christina appeared in her vision, as she pressed her hands harshly against the wound. A scream ripped through Juno's lips as tears fell down her face. She clutched Christina's arms as they quickly placed her on to a gurney. Rushing her away the quickly prepped her for surgery. The surgery didn't take long.
Soon, she was lying in the hospital bed in the room across the hall from Dr Reid's. Her eyes wandered the walls as she looked out the window.
Outside the window, stood a group of agents. They all smiled and spoke to the guy in the hospital bed before they all looked into her room. Sighing, she fiddled with her fingers before Savanna and Christina came into her room.
The two hugged her and grinned as they made jokes about her and Spencer. " my baby is all grown !" Juno chuckled before rolling her eyes as the two laughed loudly. A cough from the doorway caused the three to pause before looking over.
There stood the woman in a colorful outfit who smiled softly before looking over the three, "J-Juno ?" The blonde in the hospital bed smiled and raised her hand, "this is for you !" She handed her a paper before quickly exiting the room.
The group on the other side of the door stared intently as Juno opened the paper. "Feel free to call sometime. 1-571-739-3729 , Dr. Spencer Reid.".
The group watched intently as Juno grinned widely and hid her face in her hands as her two best friends giggled and poked her sides.
