The news of their engagement spread quickly through the BAU and the hospital. Words of congratulations were presented to the duo, and soon everything seemed to begin looking up.

"Doctor Hale, I'm sorry but you just aren't able to go into surgery yet. I'm sorry." The brunette felt tears prick her eyes as she made her way trough the hospital towards the N.I.C.U.

So, Juno spent the day comforting new parents. At one point she stripped to her tank top and held a premature baby girl to her chest.

She ended up spending the night with baby Rachel. She woke up the next morning to a good-morning text from Spencer and Dr May questioning if she had been there all night.

Nodding softly she rubbed her eyes with one before standing again. Rocking from side to side she carefully began to feed baby Rachel.

However, when she was sent home she arrived to an empty apartment. Looking at her messages she noticed Spencer told her he'd be on a case and would call later. Sighing softly, she grabbed her overnight bag and other necessities.

Making her way towards the streets, she breathed in deeply before making her way towards the BAU headquarters. There she got a visitors pass, and made her way towards Garcia's lair.

"Hey, Garcia ? I'll be in the conference room." Garcia smiled softly and nodded before Juno made her way back into the room. Setting her bag down, she sighed before stretching and grabbing her pajamas.

Walking into the nearby bathroom, she walking into a stall and stripped off her scrubs before swapping them for a pair of pajama pants and a long sleeve shirt.

Looking in the mirror, she carefully placed her hand over her stomach before sighing and walking back out. Making home at the round table, she pulled out a book she had taken from Spencer's pile on their coffee table.

Opening it up she began to read as her thoughts became engrossed with the information. Everything around her became blocked out as she giggled at all of Spencer's notes written in the margin.

Suddenly everything seemed to be falling into place.
