Dinner Date

Charlie's POV

"You asked Mirella out but not Sophie?" My Dad said

I put down my phone and looked at my dad with a smirk

"You know I never loved Sophie,Dad,I loved Mirella and you know that"

"But-"

my dad stopped his words when my mom touched his shoulder and looked at him

"Charlie could love anyone..we're not gonna choose what's good for him because he knows what's better" My mom said

I gave my mom a huge smile

My dad went near me his mood easily changed "I'm sorry..I'm happy for you...Infact! you should invite her to dinner tomorrow night,how about that?"

I looked at my dad "Wait really?" I said in excitement"

"ofcourse!" My dad said

"ok thanks guys,yall care the best" I said

Mirella's POV
I still couldn't believe he just asked me out and finally got our kiss..

I kept overthinking about what happened last night..I had to wash the green dress as soon as I got home and hid it in my closet for keeps

It was beautiful..like honestly

I was listening to a song in my speaker and my phone rang and it was from Charlie

Charlie: Hey bby👋🏼 I'm gonna pick you up at 6:00pm sharp dress fancy love you x

ok..so what did he meant about dressing fancy? is he taking me out on our first date? I never expected him to just text me with "dress fancy" and just get the idea what he meant about it

come on, he knows I've been in like 2 relationships before him and they lasted like a week and the other one for 2 months..I'm scared to lose him..

Wait..where are we going?

Charlie: You'll see..just wear something nice..it's gonna be great:)

The truth is that I've been such a mess I look like a sack of potatoes and my messy hair bun and I'm not even wearing makeup..I need to take a short nap before we go cause I don't really want to get sleepy on our date

*2 hours later*
I checked the time and it was already 5:50pm and Charlie will pick me up at 6:00 I don't have much time left to prepare so I had to run as fast as I could..

but guess what happened? Charlie was already at my doorstep I peeped at the window just to make sure..

He was already wearing his suit and it fits him perfectly that just made me fell inlove with him all over again

"Mirella where are you we're going to be late" Charlie said knocking on yhe door

I ran downstairs and opened the door

"OH CHARLIE IM SORRY I JUST-" I said trying to explain everything to Charlie

"aww poor thing..i love it when you're nervous and scared" Charlie said jokingly

I looked at him with my right eyebrow lifted

i rolled my eyes.."Ugh..Cause I was tired ok..and I fell asleep.."

"Hey,look it's fine..we're still going to dinner" Charlie said as he kissed my lips

"damn,I'm so lucky" I whispered to myself

"I-I should take a quick bath now.." I said and I hurried upstairs while Charlie was left in the living room

Charlie's POV
I just love Mirella so much..and I was just as happy to see her..I honestly don't mind if we couldn't reach dinner..As long we spend time together..

I walked upstairs to her room.."Hey babe mind if I stay at your room?" I asked

"Yes,Ofcourse" she said

"yeah ok.."

I headed inside her room and I looked at the framed picture..it was probably her parents..

I looked at her closet and I found an very gorgeous red dress that reaches her knees which is perfect.. I took it out and put it on her bed

"babe,I found you a dress..I want you to wear it ok?" I said bugging her while she's taking a bath

"You mean the red one?" she asked

"uhm yeah..probably" I said nervously

"No no..I don't want that can you uhm..choose something else for me?" Mirella asked

"No..I want you to wear this ok?" I said trying to convince her

She got out of the bathroom while covered in her towel..

"ugh fine..but only for you" Mirella said..

"Yeah ok" I said laughing

Mirella's POV
"uhm yeah ok..I'm gonna wear this now and you should go downstairs and maybe wath anything you want..I don't know maybe sports or something  but yeah"

"haha ok,can't wait to see this dress on you" Charlie said and he went downstairs..

I immediately wore it and did my makeup with a red lipstick to match the look and I also did my hair in a bun..

I got my heels and I ran downstairs..

Charlie was still watching tv and I tapped his shoulders

"Oh my god..you look beautiful" Charlie held my hand and made me sat on the couch..

"shut up,i look hideous" I said

"Hey..don't say that..it's not true..I think you look like the prettiest girl in the world,and I love it so so much" Charlie said as he kissed both of my cheeks

I fixed his suit
"Hey,I love you" I said as I smiled

"God I love you more,Remember that"  Charlie said

"Ok let's go.." He said as he opens the door for me and we drove to his place once more
