Andi grabbed her backpack, which was filled with guns, money, and a notebook, and slung it over her shoulder as Alex pulled up the car. Mary sat on the bed, sharpening her knife. Jason and Sam sat on the floor counting money, stuffing it back into their wallets when they were done. They were the only people they could help before they ran, for a moment thinking they were free. Andi could still remember the feeling. That was before they realized how big this...operation really was. People, very dangerous people were looking for them. Everyday. They have been running for a long time.
Alex ran up the steps to their motel room and grabbed his bag. He nodded towards the door and they all silently shuffled out of the room into the night, and into the car Alex stole from an impound lot. They decided since everything seemed...normal, they would go talk to officer Blake. He had let The Doctor take them to the prison. He must be in on it.
Alex sped down the dark highway as Andi slept beside him. Sam, Jason, and Mary were cramped together in the back seat. "Slow down, partner, I don't think it'd be the best thing for us to get pulled over right now, us being dead and all." Jason said, a southern twinge in his voice. Alex ignored him, to angry to slow down. He was always angry. They all were. He just had this spark in him, not quite willing to stop trying to get revenge and just go to the police.
