Chapter 3: The Bullying Begins

The next day, Tuesday, poor Thea was so afraid to go to school because of what happened at assembly yesterday. Last night, Penny texted and talked to Thea telling her if she'll be made fun of tomorrow at school, she'll be with her, always. Thea felt a little bit better, yet still angry and wanting to know who put that false embarrassed photoshop design picture of her at assembly. Penny adds "I'll even hold your hand." "Penny, you always made me feel better. I love you so much. If I was a lesbian I'd marry you" says Thea. Penny laughs and admires her best friend's compliment. After they are done talking, Thea watches YouTube to watch music videos. Soon she sees a video list that says "Thea The Hyena". Her heart stops a bit and is soon filled with anger, but thinks then that maybe it's another Thea. Then she sees the embarrassing picture of herself. Someone has recorded it from their cellphone and put it on YouTube. Thea is beyond heartbroken, especially soon seeing cyberbulling comments about it. The next day and the day after that, Thea hasn't returned to school for 2 days now. Penny texts and calls her but no answer. Penny is getting so worried that she even goes over to her apartment, but no one is there. Later, Nicholas calls Penny telling her that Thea has put a YouTube video of herself explaining about how she feels and also why she hasn't been to school for 2 days. Penny watches the video with Nicholas at his house and she's never ever seen a video of her like this ever before. Thea is seen, showing writing cue cards about that she was bullied, how she feels about it and that she's leaving this "evil earth", but will return to haunt all of those who bullied her. Nicholas says that this looks like a suicude video. Penny quickly panics and cries and then both of them go to the police to file a missing person report and that a friend of theirs is going to commit suicide.
