I woke up, knowing I had a free day since I had a night shift today. I checked on the boy, seeing he was asleep with an empty cup of water.

A smile tugged at the end of my lips as I collected the cup with my other hand while I was holding my other one and went to the kitchen clean the dishes.

Once I cleaned the house a bit, I made breakfast for my cousin and the boy. It irritated me that I didn't know his name.

I made toast, eggs and bacon with apple juice. My cousin went downstairs and immediately ate it.

"Delicious." She giggled, I thanked her and bowed jokingly. As she was cleaning her own dishes I saw Jungkook come downstairs rubbing his eyes.

He looked handsome for just waking up, my cousin was surprised by his presence. "Damn you, Jeon Jungkook." She shook her head with a small laugh.

"Thanks for letting me stay the night, I'll be heading back pretty soon." He smiled gently.

"There's breakfast on the table for you." I returned a small smile before leaving him to eat his breakfast.

I would have stayed, but the thought of two strangers just one sitting in silence while the other eats is just awkward.

I guess today would be a perfect cleaning day, the apartment I would have all to myself in just a short amount of time.

I turned on some music, Taeyeon being my favourite artist I played her songs and sung along to them while cleaning the shelves and re arranging them.

"Are you busy today?" Jungkook I guess was his name questioned gently.

I turned to face him, "I have a night shift starting at 9:00pm." He nodded in response. "So, what's your occupation."

"Well, I'm a police officer." I was amazed.

"Really? I never would have expected." I pursed my lips with a shrug.

He chuckled, "Yeah. So you work at a chocolate bar?" He sat down by the couch. I nodded in response. "I'm on a bit of a vacation though, I fill in for other police officers when they're sick. I'll be permanent once some of the officers get moved to other stations which will be pretty soon."

"What's it like being a police officer, saving lives and all that stuff." I chuckled, sitting down beside him holding a throw pillow.

"Well, tiring. I'm not in any cases though. I just fill in for stuff like interrogations, extra research and all that." He shrugged.

"So you'll be extra busy once you start being permanent won't you? I'll be sure to stop by your office and bring some chocolate." I laughed. He smiled at my words.

His smile seemed to lift up my mood, the ability of being able to make him light up like that.

"Yeah, I'll sure need it." He smiled looking down. My eyes widened, seeing the jacket that was familiar.

"You're the guy that got the iced coffee on Valentine's day weren't you?" I blurted out, he nodded in response.

"I knew you seemed familiar too, I just couldn't put my finger on it." He continued. "Thanks for letting me have the coffee, you know now a days it's hard to find girls that aren't so stuck up."

"It's a real challenge to find decent guys." I let out a small laugh.

A silence followed, it was very comfortable though. A silence you find in a library with so many people but it's silent.

"Well, I better get home. The guys must be questioning where I am. My phone died so I didn't respond to them." He dug his hands in his pockets while speaking after putting on his jacket.

I nodded in response, "Alright. I'll see you around?"

"Yeah, of course." The smile never left his lips even when he left. I never really had a conversation like that with any guy before besides Sungmin.

I decided to visit the cemetery, I recently stopped going but I wanted to gain some comfort. It was the best way to relax by talking to him, even if I know he possibly couldn't be there.

I grabbed my bag and changed into decent clothing before getting out the house, I drove to the cemetery and entered the gate to pay my respects.

The flowers by his grave were dying, I sighed and crouched down as I stared at his name carved in the stone.

"Hey." I buried my chin behind my huddled up arms. "I know that by this time I should be in a loving relationship with somebody that I love, but I don't." I whispered.

"You don't know how much I want that. How much I want to hug as I hugged you, somebody to be with me in tough times, somebody that I could trust the way I trusted you." I sighed before continuing. "Honestly, I just want to.. forget." My voice lowered. "About you."

"I know that it seems awful, cruel, and heartless but.. you left so suddenly that I was left broken." Tears began to shed. "We were so young.. being 17 at the time. You were too young to die." I whispered.

"Hopefully I meet somebody that made my heart flutter just as much as you did, maybe even more." I chuckled. "If that was even possible."

I checked the time, I still had three hours left.

"I barely even know what it was like to have feelings for somebody again, what the thrill was. I want to experience the mix of emotions.. all that, Sungmin. Do you think that it's alright? For me to move on?" I wiped my tears. "I hope it is."

I sighed, grabbing my bag. "Alright, well.. I'll visit soon." I kissed my hand and placed it on his tombstone.

"Before I go, please.. if you're out there just give me a sign of anything just to know you're approving of me moving on." I put my head down, walking out the cemetery.
