When I showed up at pop's and I looked around I saw Cheryl and her friend Toni sitting down

"Hey guys have you seen Jug" I smiled and kindly asked. Toni looked at me for a moment

"He'll be here any moment" She rolled her eyes at me. Cheryl gently slapped her on the shoulder "Toni" She yelled "WHAT" she yelled back

I got up and when over to Pop Tate to order a milkshake. When he went to make I I felt a hand on my shoulder I turned around so see Jughead

"Juggy" I jumped up and hugged him. The girl from the picture was standing behind him very awkwardly.

I stick out my hand "Hi I'm Y/n Y/l/n" She looked at me and smiled.

"Betty. Betty Cooper" She shook my hand very aggressively. I went to grab Jugheads hand and he pulled it away.

"Okay then" I whispered under my breath.

He looked back at me "I'm sorry" He whispered to me

I stick my hand out again but he rejected my offer once more I rolled my eyes as we went and sat down.

"Okay stop me if I'm wrong" I laughed "But don't you have more friends than this"

"Kevin can't make it, Archie has practice, and my Serpent friends got kicked out of Pop's" Him and Betty laughed.

"Serpent?" I asked

Betty looked at me with a disgusted look "You didn't tell her" she scoffed

"I'll explain later" He grabbed my hand under the booth"

••Later••P.O.V Jughead••

After Pops Betty left and so did Toni and Cheryl. Y/n looked annoyed and got up to leave.

"Wait" I grabbed her hand as she began to walk away.

"WHAT" She yelled "Are you embarrassed of me" She yelled

I paused "what no of course not"
"Why wouldn't you hold my hand in front of them ONLY under the booth REALLY" her yell was getting louder

I didn't know how to answer so I sat there silently.

"Wow" she turned to Pop "I'm sorry" she apologized to him "y/n" I tried to stop her as she walked out.

As she walked out of the door she stopped

"And I really thought you liked me" I could see she was angry and upset

"Y/n let me explain" I yelled as she walked out. I ran after her outside.

"GO AHEAD" She yelled "Me and Betty were and thing at that party but I kinda broke up with her and then I made out with you" I tried to explain without sounding like a duche.

"But I do like you Y/n a lot and when I told Betty she said she was happy for me I guess I was just scared that she would get Jelaous or mad we've been friends our entire life Y/n I didn't want to lose it like that." I looked at her

"I'm sorry Jug if I would have known that" She places her hand on the side of my face

"It's okay it really is Y/n" I smiled

"I have to go I'll see you later" Y/n smiled.

"Yea of course" I smiled back

She placed her hand on my face and kissed me. I kissed back.

"Oh my god I SHIPPPP" I heard someone yell.

Me and Y/n looked over to see Betty Cheryl and Toni laughing

"See ya later Jug" She looked down and laughed as she walked off

"Bye"
