Jimin was flying over the cool forest he had found himself in without purpose. Like the circle birds he had seen the day before, he was moving in circles over the land.

"I do not even know where I am. What does that mean? How will I get back?" He wondered out loud while nearing the river he saw often. It was his water source. He could never forget the way that the animals watched him whenever he drank from it with them. An intruder he was.

"Perhaps all of this represents my life. Flying over a waterfall with no intentions." He sighed. If he went back it would be like he had never left. He would be just as lost and depressed as before. Had he come here for some magical saving? "I had just been following star!" He began to weep.

Just as Jimin was about to descend onto the land, he saw something unfamiliar running up to the river. What is this? A person? It was a girl from what he could see. He wondered if he should hide. If she looked up and saw him that would mean trouble. "But if I make sudden movements she may see." This was a pickle.

The boy finally decided to just stay where he was when he saw the girl stand at the edge of the bank. "But what is she doing?" He asked. He watched her start jumping around. "Does she believe that she can jump to other side?"

The girl who looked to be maybe ten from where he flew ran back and then made a running start towards the water. She took a leap to get to the other side and Jimin gasped.

"She must be insane!" Jimin watched as she landed into the river and began being pulled down at high speed to its end. "Was her action intentional?!" He could hear her screaming. "I am coming little one! Help is on the way!"

Jimin flew down as fast as he could to where the girl was and then picked her up swiftly bringing her to the dry bank where it was safe.

As he lay her down she began to cough up water sitting up. He patted her back. "There there. Let it out."

The girl vomited a couple of times before she finally stopped and breathed in deep. After that she attempted to dry her face with her hands. It did not work. She then brought her knees to her chin and started shivering.

Jimin gulped. "You must not make a play thing of the river child. Look at you. You must be traumatized." He wanted to hug her but did not want to come off as too forward.

The young girl exhaled then rubbed her arms. "I'm not shivering because I'm traumatized. I'm shivering because it's cold out here." She sounded bold.

Jimin nodded. "It truly is. I should know. I have been living here for quite few days now."

The girl wiped under her nose then looked at him. She tilted her head. "Do I know you from somewhere?"

He was frightened by the question. Did she? Did she know about the fifteen? Jimin looked away then shook his head. "I highly doubt. I am . . ." He needed a name. "I am John Parker." He looked back at her curious eyes. They were bright and oddly familiar to him and for someone who had almost died she had no fear in them.

"John? John Parker? That's not a very Asian name. You look Asian. I'd say you were born here in Canada but you talk pretty Asian too. You have an accent." She smiled mischievously. "Do you happen to know who the fifteen are?" Her eyes brightened as she asked and she was beginning to look excited.

Jimin was beginning to sweat cold sweats. "The number fifteen? I know of it. I would never be able to count passed fourteen if I did not know it." He cleared his throat then looked away as she giggled.

"Alright mountain man. I'll stop prying." The girl kept up her grin. "Why are you here? I usually come here every day and I've never seen you around."
