"Are you ready?" Taehyung's voice rung in Jade's ears from behind her. He was covering her eyes.

Jade giggled. "As ready as I'll ever be." She said to him.

When the darkness over Jade's glasses was removed she smiled brightly. She was at the entrance of the school. There was a Halloween banner hanging over it and decorations in the halls within. "Wow." She breathed before looking up at him. He looked quite pleased with himself.

"Do you like it? I and Halloween dance committee put it up while you were in class." Taehyung pointed at the words on the banner. "Look at that. It says have 'spooktastic' day at school. I came up with that. Is it not clever?"

Jade could not help but laugh at his grin. She loved that he took immense happiness in little things like making the school year enjoyable for the students. He reminded her terribly of Leigh. Jade missed that girl badly. If Taehyung were a girl *maybe Jade would date him. "Very clever." She told him. That made him buzz and before she knew it she was being placed on his shoulders. "Tae! You can't just carry me whenever you get excited." She said in fright. She could never get used to him doing that.

"I cannot help it. You are like little doll." Taehyung was running with her on him and making car noises. He had done this with Leigh-Anne not too long ago. It feels like centuries. When last did I touch her tender skin? He questioned while stepping onto the sidewalk outside of school.

Taehyung and Jade were the only ones at school currently. Prodigy, Roc Royal and Justin had left school earlier to start their long drive to Malibu. They and Hoseok were going to start recording tomorrow as Leigh and Yoongi had completed songs for them. The boys were all excited and their friends alike. The whole world was expecting this album. They had to make it good.

"Are you excited for the Halloween Jade?" Taehyung asked after setting Jade down next to him on the sidewalk. They were now entering the peaceful areas where quiet neighbourhoods were. Their voices were the only sounds as well as those of their feet hitting the concrete in the air.

"Oh . . . I guess so. I like Halloween. I like dressing up. It's fun." She said smiling at him. Her head tilted. "Have you ever dressed up? This is your second Halloween ain't it?"

Tae nodded. "Yes. It is my second. I did not dress in the costume. I do not think that any of us did. We had been occupied with other issues. Last year had been the time of the hate group and the military and the amulet in sun . . ." He listed.

"Right. We all went to Jesy's to watch a movie. She'd still been on house arrest." Jade laughed and so did Tae. "We've got some interesting friends don't we?"

"More like friends in need of psychological help. She is getting it but it does not seem to work." He joked. Taehyung sighed. "There are still bad things happening but I would like to put them aside and enjoy the holiday." He smiled to himself.

Jade looked closely at his face. He looked hopeful. "I hope nothing drastic comes up." She walked closer to him. "Wait," She began giggling. "Do you intend on dressing up and going trick or treating?"

Taehyung turned a childish smile to her. "Yes! I would love to do the trick or treating. I have never done it before you see." He danced hopping on one leg to the other. "I had hoped that my first trick or the treating would be done with Leigh-Anne." His excitement died down as he remembered all the way back when Jimin had not put himself in the equation when he and her used to hang out all the time.

Okay, okay. Taehyung. What is your favourite holiday? *giggles*
