Hey, Queenie here. From here on out, italics follows the pacifist route. Regular text is genocide.
I need to help Frisk. Something deep down in our shared SOUL tells me this is the right thing to do. This feeling makes me want to not only keep them alive but also fix them.
Frisk already feels guilty. Perhaps killing everything in our path would make things worse. I'll let Frisk make their own choices for now, except for when their life is on the line. I know Frisk will let themself die, and that is unacceptable.
Toriel appears. Even if she failed to save Asriel, even if she didn't do all she could to save monsters... perhaps she was correct to never kill.
In any case, it is Frisk who controls our shared body. Frisk must take control. I will only guide us.
I translate what the Froggits say. I provide helpful insights on the monsters we encounter. We complete the puzzles. I gently guide us in the right direction.
Frisk is a peaceful person. Much more than I am. They will not kill, even if that is the only way to save themself.
With our combined DETERMINATION, we have the power to SAVE, LOAD, and RESET. I send Frisk my memories of Asgore telling me to stay determined when I fell ill. Frisk is not dying on my watch. I am determined to see our little adventure through.
We get to Toriel's home in the RUINS. She tells Frisk she has a surprise for them. She opens a door and there is a replica of the room Asriel and I shared, in New Home. Frisk is exhausted and quickly falls into the bed. There is only one bed, as opposed to Asriel and my room, which had two.
When we awaken, we see a slice of butterscotch-cinnamon pie.
I remember more.
Frisk picks it up and stows it away. Then they explore Toriel's house. They spend too much time looking in the mirror.
What are you trying to see, Frisk? It's simply our reflection.
Finally, they ask Toriel how to leave the Ruins. Toriel tells us that we need to fight her if we want to leave. Frisk spares her, and we leave the Ruins.
Asriel appears at the end of the Ruins. He jeers at us, saying that we are weak, that this world is still 'kill or be killed.'
----------------------------------------------------
I will avenge Frisk. What has this world done for them? And they don't want this body anymore. I will take control. I will make the choices. I will give Frisk a chance to rest as I right the wrongs that have been done.
However, as we go through the Ruins, I notice that it is not I who controls Frisk, but you. I am powerless to stop the murders of defenseless Froggits, Looxs, Vegetoids, Whimsums, Moldsmals, and Migsops. You brutalize the training dummy, which can't even fight back.
Then, though, as our LOVE increases, as we gain more and more EXP, I realize that this is what Frisk was sent into the Underground for. We need to purge this timeline. This is how we set monsters free- we destroy them. These monsters will never seek freedom actively, and I cannot set monsters free with only you and Frisk to help me. Only by killing every monster in the Underground will all finally be set right.
When we finally reach Toriel's home in the Ruins, only three things give me pause. One, the butterscotch-cinnamon pie Toriel made to welcome Frisk; two, that she still has no sharp objects in her home; and three, that Toriel still keeps a bar of my favorite brand of chocolate in her refrigerator. Toriel genuinely cares. Not just about the humans that fall, but about me, too. She still bakes for children, though Asriel and I are both gone. She remembers that I used to self-harm. She remembers that I love chocolate.
I see myself in the mirror. It doesn't matter who has primary control. It's me, Chara, that I see staring back.
I have a few doubts. I do not want to kill Toriel, but I am doing this for her. I am doing this for all monsters. We must destroy monsters. Then we will go on to destroy humanity, for what they did to Frisk, for what they did to Asriel, and for what they did to me.
So when you kill Toriel in one hit, I do not allow us to feel guilty. We leave the Ruins and encounter Asriel. He recognizes that I have possessed Frisk's body. He agrees that we need to purge this timeline.
We will turn everything to dust.
