Percy's POV

BEEP BEEP BEEP! My alarm clock yells. I lazily turn it off with a push of a button and swing my legs over the edge of my bed. Today was the first day of sophomore year in a brand new school. This was a private school this time unlike my last couple schools, this time I had to wear a uniform and everything. I had specific gym clothes I had the wear, I had to bring lunch money so I could eat, your lockers would be searched every two weeks by drug dogs, this was gonna be a hell. I looked to at all the normal clothes I had, then to the three uniforms next to them. I reluctantly grabbed out a uniform from the closet and closed the door. Tossing it onto my bed I then walked to my bathroom, and grabbed my brush, brushing a couple knots out of my hair. Finishing up I then continued doing my morning routine, brushing my teeth, taking a quick shower so I can smell good, and all that fun stuff. I walked out of the bathroom in my towel, grabbing some under clothing and a tie because we have to wear it. For the Gods sake, I don't even know how to tie a tie!
"Mom! I need help!" I yelled walking down the stairs, I smelled blueberry pancakes on my way down and smiled as I got to the kitchen seeing my mom cooking blue blueberry pancakes. She turned around and looked at me. "Percy! Aww, you look so handsome!" She cooed as she walked towards me. I smiled, my mom, Sally Jackson, was always so supportive of me and my choices. When I came out as gay to her she made me a cake, I mean a rainbow cake! It was as gay as cakes could get and it was great. Anyways back on topic, my mom ended up tying my tie for me, trying to teach me in the process. She then looked up at me, "Percy, honey, you look amazing." I felt my cheeks heat up in embarrassment. "Thanks." I said quietly, rubbing the back of my neck as I said it. I then saw it, her eyes, they were tearing up. "M-Mom?? Are you, crying?" I asked worriedly. "No Percy, I'm just really proud of you. Making it this far, it's only your 8th school too." She smiled and wiped her cheek as I saw a small tear run down it. I incased her in a hug and smiled. "Thanks mom." I glanced at the time and my eyes widened. "I gotta go!" I said and ran to the kitchen table and grabbed my backpack racing out the door. "Bye Mom, Love you!" I left the house and sighed walking down the hallway out of the building.
As I made my way to the school I saw this guy. He had blonde hair, electric blue eyes, and he had what seemes to be the perfect body under his football jacket. He was walking down the street looking down at what looked like his phone. I smiled soflty as I looked at the male. As I walked closer I felt my face grow hot and I looked down, trying to avoid eye contact. Suddenly I felt a strong force against my body. 'Oh Shit!' I cursed myself as I looked up. "I-I'm so so so so so so so, sorry!" I looked up and my sea green eyes met a pair of electric blue ones glaring down at me. "The fuck do you think you are?" He said in a deep growl. "I-I'm Percy Jac-" "Did I ask for your name?" "N-No..." I said softly looking down. Now I'm asking myself, 'Why are all the hot ones so douchey?' "Whatever." He said and rolled his eyes. He then turned around and kept walking. I stood their stunned for a second or two, then finally snapped out of it. I slowly followed the blonde's lead.
I had finally gotten to the school and slowly made my way to the office. Once I got there, I looked around until my eyes landed on one of the secretary's. "Uh, Hello 'mam? I'm Percy Jackson. I'm new to this school and-" she looked up at me with a pair of grey eyes that looked like they could kill me, she then interupted me. "I have your schedule right here and your guide should be here any moment." She handed me a folder and tucked her blonde hair behind her ear. I slowly opened the folder to see my schedule, my electives for the second quarter, the list of sports I could join, and a hand writen note from the Principal, Zeus. All of a sudden I heard a groan of annoyance from behind me. I closed the folder and turned around to see the blonde I ran into earlier. "So you're the one I have to show around eh?" I slowly nodded and looked around trying to avoid eye contact. "Well, let's get this over with." He said spinning on his heels to turn around and walk out. "I'm Jason Grace..." He said just loud enough for me to hear
I then heard the secretary mummer to herself, "Oh gods, that poor boy."
After about 15 to 20 minutes later we finished the tour of the school. "Also." He said turning to look at me. "If I ever, see you hanging around my friends. You're gonna be dead." He said grimly and walked away right as the bell rung. "Well this is gonna be a fun year..." I said to myself.
