Percy's POV
As the classes ended after what felt like forever. It was time to eat and having no one to sit with, I sat on my own. That's when Piper came over along with a boy with curly brown hair, they both sat down on opposite side of me. "Leo Valdez, bad boy surpreme." He held his hand out for he and I went to do grab it but he pulled his hand away and did that weird thing of were you look like you're gonna run your fingers through your hair but dont. Anyways, he smiled and put his hand into my empty handand shook it. "Nice to meet you. You're Percy right?" I nodded and smiled softly. "Yea." I said before pulling my hand away from his. Going to look to Piper, I caught a look of death from Jason. Oh shit, there are his friends. I then quickly looked at Piper, trying to avert my attention away from him. "So what are you doing here?" I asked sounding confused. She just let out a soft giggle and smiled. "You looked lonely." She said. I looked down, Did I really look so desperate? I sighed and plastered a fake smile on my face. "Well thanks for joining me."

As I finished up my lunch, Leo and Piper decided to still sit with me, which surprised me honestly. I told the others I'd be back and with that I got up and headed towards the bathrooms. Making my way over there though I realized a certain someone was following me. I turned and opened the door to the bathroom and he still followed me. I heard a low growl come from him and glared at me. "And what do you think you're doing?" He spat in my direction, making me jump slightly in the process. "Going to pee?" I said trying to sound innocent. "Like hell you are." He pinned me aginst the wall. "Why did I say about hanging out with my friends?" He said angrily. I winced a bit, legitimately terrified. "I'm s-sorry.... I-I didn't-t know..." I said quietly, a voice crack popping up here and there. "Sit with them again, and your fucked."

I make my way out of the bathroom a couple minuets after Jason left. I hesitantly made my way back to the commons and sat at a diffrent table, the opposite side of the room from Piper and Leo. I could see then looking around for me in confusion. They think I ditched them, don't they? I sighed and placed my head down on the table. I fucked up this time didn't I? I closed my eyes in annoyance towards myself. Why do I even try anymore? Good question. I don't know.

Whelp here we are with a super short chapter and I feel bad about it. Plus I'm making Jason an asshole which me feels bad but it'll get better I promise. Just please don't give up on me.
