Group A

Mo Salah's Egypt - who lost all three of their group matches - were the first team to be knocked out.

They are joined out of the tournament by Saudi Arabia.

Group B

Spain and Portugal are through - but only after VAR-controversy left them with draws against Morocco and Iran.

The final set of results see Iran joining Morocco on the plane home.

Group C

Australia are eliminated following their 2-0 defeat by already-out Peru.

Peru were knocked out of the World Cup after their second loss to France.

Group D

Argentina survived a scare to finish as runners-up. Croatia finished top.

Iceland and Nigeria go home

Group E

Costa Rica and Serbia have been eliminated.

Brazil and Switzerland are through.

Group F

World champions Germany are OUT - they are joined by South Korea, who beat them 2-0 by in their final match.

The Germans won one, drew one and lost one of their World Cup 2018 matches.

Group G

Panama and Tunisia are out.

Belgium go through as group leaders, England second.

Group H

Japan and Senegal went down to the wire as they were tied on points, goal difference, goals scored and head-to-head record.

But it was Japan who secured the runners-up spot based on fair play points.

This means Senegal have been been knocked out.

Colombia won the group with six points.

Poland have been eliminated.
