"Here are your orders, Sir; Ma'am. Please, enjoy your meal." The waiter was carrying a tray, and he placed their orders on their table.

After, the waiter left. Mingyu started to hold the spoon and fork that was neatly arranged on the table. He ate the tasty food.

He already had three spoonful bites, but he noticed that Chou Tzuyu wasn't eating her food. "Don't you like it? It is your favorite food."

"Let's end this." She responded. Mingyu didn't speak, and he paused eating his food. "I came here to meet you, not because of the food nor us." She continued.

Mingyu tried not to think this was their break-up. It was all of a sudden, "What do you mean?" He prayed like a mantra that this was not about their break-up.

Tzuyu exasperatedly sighed, "Don't act dumb. You know what is this all about."

"If that's what you mean, then I don't intend to end it." He firmly said.

Tzuyu snorted in disbelief, "Have you gone crazy, Mingyu? You're getting married, and you want me to stay as your girlfriend?! I'm not going to be your mistress." She grabbed her handbag and stood up from her seat.

She was about to walk away when Mingyu abruptly stopped her by grabbing her wrist. Tzuyu rolled her eyes, and deeply sighed. Almost everyone stared at them, anticipating what's the drama between them.

"Let go." She warned. "Aren't you embarrassed?" He didn't respond. She was getting annoyed that she tried to escape from his hold, but it was unyielding.

"Please," He almost inaudibly said. He sounded crushed and desperate. "Don't." She saw his tears fell down from his eyes.

Tzuyu held his hand that couldn't let her go. "Stop it. You look pathetic." She made his hand let go of her, and she succeeded.

She left the restaurant, and walked on the footpath. She knew for herself that she hated to let him go, but she convinced herself that it was for the best. She helplessly sniveled, and she used her handkerchief to wipe her tears away.

She went back to her apartment where she currently lives. She clumsily tossed her handbag on the floor, and she lied down on the sofa. She was completely exhausted although she didn't work for the today. She was startled when someone was knocking on her apartment's door.

She lazily stood, and went to see the screen monitor who was it. She's glad it wasn't Mingyu, but her best friend. She noticed that she was holding a pot. Tzuyu opened the door, and her best friend automatically entered inside. Her best friend removed her shoes and placed it properly at the shoe rack.

Her best friend placed the pot on the coffee table. "I've brought you a delicious kimchi stew. Let's dig in together!" Her best friend, Myoui Mina, cheerfully said.

"Thanks, Mina. Did aunt cook a lot today?" Tzuyu asked while she helped Mina getting their bowl, chopsticks, and glasses.

"Not really. I just felt eating a lot and then cook something for us." Mina said, and she started to pour the kimchi stew to their bowls.

"Let me guess, something must have happened." Tzuyu said.

"You know me well. I'm touched." Mina grabbed the chopsticks, and she started to eat. "I'm assuming something must have happened to you as well." Mina said. She noticed how Tzuyu's eyes were slightly swollen.
