"I'm glad you're already good terms with your daughter, Ma'am Ryu." Iljin said as he was pouring Hyejin a cup of tea.

"Thank you, Iljin." Hyejin sipped her cup of tea. "Kindly please turn on the TV, I want to see the news for today."

Iljin did what she said and turned the TV on, but to their surprise they were greeted by a breaking news that not even one of them expected.

"Breaking news: Sunrise condominium was set on fire. The firefighters are conducting possible reasons why the fire started, but they postulated someone started the fire instead of Sunrise's own fault because the condominium is known for their reputation for having a safe condominium and complete papers issued to prove this fact."

"M-My daughter lives in there!" She turned pale as she heard the news, remembering the chilling words of the card's message she just have read.

Tonight, blazing light shall be released

She didn't want to believe those card's simple yet creepy message. It was a poem that she didn't understand at first, but when the news came out the message of the card made sense.

"Iljin hurry, contact the police in an instant to take updates!"

"Affirmative, Ma'am!" Iljin quickly dialed the police, but when he was about to reach the telephone it rang. Iljin decided to answer the ringing phone first, "Hello, this is Rosoon Clothing Brand. How may I help you?" He was surprised who called him.

He immediately gave the telephone to Hyejin, "Ma'am..."

The smoke thickened as it slowly blocks Sujeong's vision. The temperature wasn't cooling off instead it was rising. Sujeong could feel that soon enough it will burn her skin. What's worst is that it could burn them alive without surviving. She started to cough because of the irritating smell of smoke.

The thought of death frightened Sujeong. She didn't want to die yet with her best friend, especially in this kind of situation. As if fate didn't decide this to happen, but someone else forced to.

Trying to calm herself, she looked around to see if there's any worth to help her escape in this floor because a debris just blocked the fire exit. There's no way she could remove the debris by her own strength that was incomparable to a Titan's. Desperately looking for an exit, but she couldn't.

Dammit! There's no way! There's a fire anywhere that could injure the two of us! I don't want to die, but at this rate we'll—!

Her hope was not to die along with her best friend, but in this kind of situation that hope looked very impossible no matter what. Despair started to consume her mind, and guilt started to seep in.

She called out to God, despite her being not really religious person. She have learned a lot a story how God miraculously did an impossible for human. Maybe if she stick to this, a miracle would come. She tightly shut her eyes to pray for a miracle to happen.

She wanted to achieve what she wanted and make her mother proud no matter what. There are still some things she wanted to learn and explore. She wasn't considering danger to come, but now she experienced it. It frightened her very much.

"YEIN! SUJEONG!" Sujeong's eyes widened when she heard a familiar voice.

"SUNGYOON! WE'RE HERE! HERE!" She didn't waste a time to confirm the voice. She was thankful that there's someone to save them here.
