"Hey honey. How are you?" My mum asked me as I walked through the apartment door.

"Fine. You know that. How was your day? Any cool cases?"

"I was at the festival today. Scary. You did good," she said and kissed my head. "Yours?"

"It was ok. I met this girl, Michelle, and this total player tried to ask me out. He's very annoying. And, I met Spider-Man at Tony's. He said we'll be working together more."

"That's good. If he asks you out again or says anything, just punch him. That's what I'd do," She shrugged.

"Mum! No," I laughed. I walked over to the table, and sat down next to her. "I mean, I wish, but I would get in trouble."

"Not unless he touches you or something," She shrugged.

"Well, he did kiss me. On the cheek. I was going into an alley to change into my suit, and he was there. In only his boxers," I cringed. Gross.

"Oh. That's, uh...sorry I don't even know what to say to that. Is he cute?"

"Uhm, yeah," I blushed. "Very, actually."
