Awakening

"What is your wish?" Asked the spirit of the grail as I stood before it stepping over several dead bodies as I did. I'd finally be able to get my wish and all it'd cost me was everything, including my servant.

"What I wish is for me as well as others to be transported to another world where wielding the powers and abilities of our former servants we can be able to leave in a lifestyle more peaceful than this place. Something different but not entirely." I say with complete seriousness as was taught by my servant if I was able to make it this far as he warned it'd try to corrupt me.

"I see into your soul and it can be done. But know this young mage, the world I am sending you and a few others too is a world full of myths and monsters. Much like with the servants this world has actually beings from myths and folklore like gods, yokai, even angels, and devils. You will face a lot of hardships as well as tough decisions. This is the only warning." Before anything else could be said there was a blinding flash of light and the world I once knew was gone.

"Link wake up. I said wake up." Suddenly I felt myself impacting with the floor. I looked up to see who the perpetrator was and surprised to see that it was none other than Rin Tohsaka. Suddenly overcome with both joy and surprise I rushed up to her and gave her a huge hug. Last I saw of her she'd been impaled by Lancer so to have her living and breathing right in front of me is amazing.

"You big idiot." She says as we break apart. "So you really did it."

"Yep. Do you know who else came over?"

"No I just got up myself but I think they're all in the dining room." As I walked out after I got dressed we headed down to the dining room and as we were walking I noticed we were in a rather modest sized home with average furnishings.

When we walked into the kitchen I was surprised to find four other people already seated. Waver Velvet, Shirou Emiya, and Sakura Matou.

"Well I'll be damned all my old friends are here. Nice to see that for once that psycho goblet actual gave us what we wanted." Though I may be sounding negative I said it with a smile since all the people I was really worried about are right in front of me. As me and Rin take a seat at the table a deck of two cards for each of us appeared.

"Wait a minute aren't these servant cards?" Taking a look at them we each confirm we had two different ones. I got Berserker and Saber. As I was admiring my cards I felt a sudden rush of information in my head and I finally understood what the grail meant right before it transported us to this world.

"So that explains the uncharacteristic generosity. Well it's no grail war so that's a plus, also we might actual be able to have a bit of fun." That certainly got everyone's spirits up. Speaking of spirits I start to feel depressed as I remember one that I thought would be brought with us to this world. Suddenly as if responding to my thoughts I feel an onrush of power and I see what the grail meant as well. The grail transformed each of our bodies into those of demi servants. Sneaky bastard.

"This is great we have so much power now. This'll makes things a lot of fun in case we run into any of the races in this world." said Waver voicing what we all were thinking. Although I am curious about these class cards since from what I've been told we won't know which servant from the specific class it is until we use them.

"Hurry up and eat guys we've got school today." We all groaned at that. Since the grail had given us information and has the ability to manipulate the world on a level known of us understand we're being sent to school. And since it's a regular school despite being run by devils we had to act like normal people.

"Do you have an interest in that new boy?  He and four others just transferred in today."
