I woke up feeling as if my stomach had been punched multiple times during the night.
"Ugh.." I groaned.
I didn't wanna move or get out of bed, I just wanted to sleep, cry, and eat my feelings.
"Good morning, princess. How are you?" Dan asks.
I groan in response.
"What's wrong, baby?" He asks with worry.
"Mother Nature decided to visit today.." I reply.
"Oh, sweetheart, I'm sorry." He pushes some hair behind my ear.
"I'll be right back, okay?" He says.
"Okay."
I have no clue where he's going.
He returns in about 15 minutes, with food, water, and a heating pad.
Bless this man.
"Aw, thank you baby." I say.
"Of course." He replies.
He shuts the blinds and gets under the covers with me, pulling me close to his chest.
"I love you."
"I love you too." He kisses my forehead and rubs my back.
He puts on a cheesy romance movie, as he knows how much I love them.
"You know me so well."
