Chapter 18 :)
HARRY'S POV continued
“Harry? How are you, love?” Her Scottish accent is as thick as ever.
“Hello, nothing much, still in L.A.” She’s going to be pissed that I haven’t found a girlfriend, I just know it.
“Well, about our little girl thing…” I knew it. “I want you to put it off for now, Liam is back with Sophia so that’s enough news for the media. And as for the girlfriend, we’ll put it off till next month.” What the hell. Wait this is a good thing.
“Um, okay, I guess that’s fine?”
“Yeah, you enjoy your time off and I will talk to you soon, bye Harry.”
“Bye, Abbie.”
And like that I hang up. I’m really confused, I’ve always had to have a girlfriend at the end of every damn November, but with Liam back with Sophia, I don’t have to force anything. Bless Liam. I really cannot stop smiling; this is the greatest thing ever. I’m exaggerating, but who cares, I don’t have to search for someone to be “In love” with, at least for this month.
Immediately I get extra happy, like way too happy because now I could just hang out here in L.A. and get to know Dilara even more. I was going to mention this to her on Wednesday, but not anymore. I grab my towel and head to the tiny gym, for a great work out session.
DILARA POV
God, I hate Tuesdays. Like yeah I enjoy going to school because there really isn’t anything else to do besides the café, but still, school is school. I park my car in the usual lot and grab my book bag. The weather is pleasant today in it’s usual mid seventies even though it’s November and I’m grateful for it. I fix my scarf while walking to my first class and I take my usual seat. It feels like I haven’t been here in forever considering all the things that had happened during the weekend.
The day casually passes by and before I know it, it’s the last class of the day, chemistry. It’s weird how when you’re in class time goes by extremely slow, but when you think about the whole day, it passes rapidly.
I enter the scientific class and notice Jasmine is here early? She never is and its still 15 minutes till class starts. I also notice Reyna from the party. She waives in my direction and I mimic her action with a smile. She seemed like a sweet girl considering the short amount of time I spent talking to her at the party.
Jasmine and I always sat in the second row to the left of the classroom and I walk towards her to sit in my spot. A pretty floral dress fits perfectly on her self and her expression is blank as she looks up at me. Before I could say something she quickly speaks up.
“Hey, I’m so sorry about Saturday, Dilara, I really am.” She already apologized on the phone, why is she saying this again?
“Hello to you too,” I say with a chuckle, but I notice she was serious. “Don’t worry about it, I had a great time..” in the beginning at least, but I didn’t want to tell her that.
“Okay, but I’m serious, I really wish you could have stayed.” Her blue eyes show sincerity so I smile at her and we make small chat.
“So what else did you do during the weekend?” She questions while I take out my green notebook. I think for a second and my eyes pop open like that one emoji on my iPhone. I couldn’t mention how I spent a whole day with Harry. Well, he never did say I wasn’t aloud to tell people, but somehow I knew that he trusted me not to say it to just anyone. So I would refrain from telling Jasmine.
