Chapter 15

Hey guys! My school’s done YAY! I will be updating faster from now on! :) -z

I take a step onto the marble floor, already knowing that this house was going to be just as beautiful on the inside. I take in my surroundings, the setting is mostly white and black, a touch of modern to the house and it’s an open atmosphere with natural lighting that comes through some of the glass windows. The entire first room that I now stand in is completely empty, besides the few art pieces on the wall. I’m about to head to another room, but I wasn’t sure where we were going so I let harry take the lead. He simply says, “come,” and I follow his trace. We enter the other room, and I’m guessing it’s the family room because there is a set of white couches that sit on a rug and there is a massive television that is placed on the one of the white walls. The smell of French vanilla and fresh paint explore the massive room.

Harry stops and stares at his empty room. “The house is still under renovation, but I’m planning on adding more things as soon as it’s finished.”

“It’s really nice here and incredibly spacious.” I reply to him and his gorgeous green eyes meet mine for a second, and his lips forming to a cute smile. His gaze goes back towards the empty surroundings and he moves to the glass doors in the back of the living room and I follow as well. There is a really big kitchen that is connected to the living room and there are paint buckets and plastic sheets that lay around the island. I think the kitchen was also being done.

“Since some things are still being remodeled, I thought why not sit in the backyard? If you wouldn’t mind?” He questions softly as he slides the door open.

“Of course not, the weather is great today, not too sunny,” I tell him.

“Good then.” And as soon as the doors are open, I gasp at how gorgeous the backyard is. There is a large pool that’s on the left side of the enormous back yard and it’s no ordinary one, but an infinity pool that extends towards the incredible view over looking Los Angeles. “Wow, this is amazing,” I speak slowly.

“Yeah, the view was basically the whole reason of why I bought the house,” Harry replies and I hear my stomach growl. How embarrassing!

“Someone’s hungry,” He looks down at me, his dimples deepening. I feel my face turning as red as a tomato, I’m not even that hungry, well maybe just a little. Or a lot.

“Don’t worry, I did bring food since this is a lunch date, well er, picnic I guess.” I think he didn’t mean to say date, but I guess this technically was a date, not exactly how a normal date would be, but we could call it that for now. Harry asks me to sit by the patio that is set on the concrete portion of the backyard and he goes inside to grab the food. The weather really is perfect although it’s a little cloudy. The breeze is cool and hits my face ever so slightly. A few minutes pass and he comes back, holding two bags in his hand.

He sets both the bags on the table and takes out a few things.

“I was going to cook something, but the kitchen was being fixed so I just ordered some pizza… sorry.” He says it with sincerity and places two small boxes in the middle of the table.  I didn’t care to be honest, the fact that I’m here with Harry is all that matters and pizza isn’t close to ruining that.

“Pizza is one of my favorites, don’t even worry about it.” He nods with a smile and takes out two small pizza boxes, they’re personal size so we each could get one.

“I’m glad, but man you should see how I cook, I’m an expert,” his smile grows as he compliments his skills and I find that so adorable. “Would you like Pepsi or water?” he questions, his emerald eyes shining down to mine. I’m mesmerized by his beautiful self and almost forget what he had asked.
