Hey guys, I wanna ask something....
What is Article 13?????
I saw so many author post about it, about how Wattpad will take down fanfiction, they will no longer allow it
But some of them say that Article 13 only happen in Europe, kind of something that the Europe's Government will do, like take down and ban every fanfictions, fanarts, memes, etc, cause the said author also asked her reader to sign a petition to take the rules down
Anyone can explain to me? I'm completely lost and I'm nervous, I'm scared they will take my stories down too if the rules is for everyone in general, not only in Europe...
