Chapter 11: Advantage

Nayeon's POV

"Chaeyoungie, who do you think can take care of Mina for awhile? There's something that I'd need to do." It's actually quite late now. My parents going to scold me if I'm not home by this hour, plus I need to go to the campus first.

"Hmm... Yoo Jeongyeon-ssi?" She replied. 'What? Is it the same person who kept on bumping to me intentionally? That dumbass short-haired ostrich?' I asked myself, a bit annoyed just by hearing her name.

I didn't knwo why it triggered me so much but it feels to me like she's bullying me or something becuase of her hitting me like 10 times everyday.

"Who exactly?" I squinted my eyes at her. I asked innocently and acted like I knew nothing while I try to convince myself that it's a different person.

"Mina's girlfriend." That doesn't answer my question you know? I got a little furious inside. 'So she is a lesbian like I expected. Wait... Does that mean, Mina is also one?' I asked myself. 'Seriously if Mina is a certified lesbian that I never knew about, I would shave my head bald.' I'm literally in disbelief right now.

"Oh okay. I'll go then." I hesistantly said. Not wanting to continue the conversation.

I better tell Jihyo and Momo what happened to her or else they would worry as hell. I walked down the building and to the exit when I bumped into the same person for like the hundredth time...

"Sorry." She stared at me for a whole minute. She checked me from my head to toes. 'Goddamn sake. It's her.' I rolled my eye internally.

"Oh it's you." She smiled at me and then turned away ignoring my eyes. Her cheeks was red all of a sudden. 'Does she have a fever or what?' I sarcastically thought.

"It's you. Hi. Bye." I smiled for a millisecond, then walked in a different direction trying to avoid her. I could feel that she tried to follow me but then she stopped.

Honestly, I can't believe that happened to her. It feels weird if you're close yesterday then the next day you're suddenly strangers. And in the case of Chaeyoung, she would have to deal with a stranger the whole day for 2 months or less. All I could do is help them get close to each other again, hopefully.

Jeongyeon's POV

'So... Just what the hell do I do now?'

Earlier this day I just got into a fight ten the next thing my 'girlfriend' became ill. She even ruined my game geh.

I was building a replica of the Eiffel Tower out of 32,000 legos like I took it way seriously. I wa midway in finishing it that I got to the point wherein I need to use a ladder just to hold everything in place when suddenly...

*Ring* I rushed down the ladder and checked the contact, it was Mina. I sighed at it and didn't even bother to answer. It ringed for multiple times that I suddenly ranged and answered it with a husky voice.

"The number you dialed is not yet in service, doot doot." I tried to imitate, but she ain't falling for it.

"I know you're there. Just so you know we need you. Your girlfriend is at the hospital right now, I'll explain later what happened." She said while being panicked since I could hear her breathing through the phone.

"Wait w-what?" I stuttered as I could not process what she just told me. 'Mina is what?' I know that I don't really need to care about her but the things that happened earlier, just make me worried for her. She repeated the same sentence again and yet I'm still in disbelief. I leaned towards a wall that can catch my body while my brain is still buffering.

"So does that-" *crash* 'Oh f*ck'... The wall that I leaned to is not a wall... I just made my day worse. My efforts for 4 hours was all for nothing. The tower came crashing at me which also made me fall with it. I tried to stand up and pick the phone but...
