As the weeks pass, Reece and I merely get closer. We spend every possible moment together, teasing each other during school hours and then going round to one of our houses afterwards to do homework together or make out. We find ourselves getting closer and closer to one another, and I feel myself undoubtedly falling in love with the blonde haired idiot I call my boyfriend. Although, we decide against telling anyone at school (apart from our mates, of course), considering Reece still isn't as comfortable as he'd like to be, which I totally understand and support. He told me he wants to wait a while before he comes out. It's become my mission to make sure Reece is as happy as possible as often as possible. He shines to be an angel in my eyes, no longer being shy or closed off. Basically, our time together so far has been amazing.

But, a perfect and bump-free relationship can only last so long...

It happened on a Thursday. Reece and I, the night before, had gone on a (friendly looking to bystanders) date to the park, where we spent the evening laughing and relaxing by the kids park. By 8, the skies had darkened and it began to rain, heavily. We just took the opportunity to dance along the pavement on our way to my house, clichély shouting the words to "Singing In The Rain". We felt alone and free at the time, laughing maniacally to everything we said. It's then that Reece stopped me, tugging my face towards his and giving me a cheeky grin.

"Hey George, you know what I've always wanted to do?" He said, wrapping his arms around my neck in a suggestive manor. I chuckled, shaking my head and placing my hands on his hips.

"Let me have a wild guess and say you've always wanted a romantic kiss in the rain." I said, grinning wildly and softly nudging our noses together. Reece gasped playfully.

"How did you know?" He whispered. I just laughed and soon enough, I connected our lips in a blissful kiss. We both smiled as our mouths move against each other. Reece tangled his finger in my hair, pulling softly, and my fingers carefully ran over the bit of exposed skin on Reece's hips. We stood there kissing in the rain for a few more minutes, before we began shivering from the awful feeling of drenched clothing against our skin. We slowly pulled apart, resting our foreheads together, both of us smiling wildly.

"I still can't get over the fact that a few weeks ago you didn't even know how to kiss. Now you're like a fucking professional." Reece said, making me groan and blush. I quickly pecked his lips and pull away from his embrace.

"Hush you. Now come on, we're gonna get sick." I said, grabbing his hand and quickly tugging him along to my house.

The next day, we walk into school at lunchtime, having skipped the first few lessons because we had stayed up late last night talking and we didn't wake up until it was well too late. I laugh along to something Reece says as we enter the large cafeteria. As we do though, I feel like everyone stops their conversations and turns to look at us. Reece seems to notice too, since he abruptly stops laughing and slows down his walking. We hesitantly make our way to our table, watching as people point to us and whisper things to each other. I feel fear circulating my veins, since I'm certain there is only one reason for this sudden attention; they know about Reece and I. The thought circulates through my mind as we carefully sit down at our suspiciously quiet table, no one making eye contact with us. Reece gives me a fearful look before glancing at other tables; some people give us disgusted looks and others just seem curious, watching us with peering eyes. They know. This is not good.

"Guys? W-what's going on?" Reece's voice trembles in fear as speaks, and he impatiently waits for someone to answer. Blake sighs, giving in.

"Look, we are so sorry. We don't know how it happened or who did it, and we swear it was none of us." Blake says, gesturing to the rest of the table. I look around at everyone; Ali's hiding her face, Sam's looking at us sadly... everyone looks completely sympathetic. Reece is visibly holding his breath. My hands shake in anticipation, even though deep down I know what's happened. I feel my head spin; I know Reece doesn't want to be public, I know how scared he is.
