The next day, Tyler spent his morning walking around the gardens with Josh.

"How is life for you?" Josh asked.

"Oh, it's going." He said. "Everyday, my father talks about how happy he is. I think it's because of his relationship with my stepmother."

"I can understand that."

Tyler chuckled.

"Oh come on Josh, you can't understand everything."

"I know, that's just how I am."

They both laughed.

While walking, Josh finds a rose bush. He sniffs one of them.

"Aren't these roses beautiful?" Josh asked.

"Most definitely." Tyler said. "My mother used to have a big rose garden out by our house. She would give me one everyday."

Josh took a pair of scissors and cut out a rose. He placed it into Tyler's hands.

"Thank you Josh." He said.

"I hope I get to see you tonight."

"What's tonight?" Tyler asked.

"Your parents are hosting a ball and they invited me and family to it."

"Isn't it just you and your parents?"

"Yeah." Josh said. "I don't know if they'll be there I will."

Tyler smiled; hugging Josh.

"Can't wait to see you too." He said before running off.

Josh watched him; smiling.

The ball started later that night. Everyone attended. Including Josh himself.

Chris and Jenna sat and watched the event. However, Jenna kept her close eye on her stepson's friend; Josh.

Tyler and Josh danced together during most of the event.

As they danced, Tyler picked up a ball off the floor. Josh saw that is was a bowling ball.

"Would you like to show me to show you how?" He asked.

Tyler smiled.

"Yes, please."

Jenna slowly got up from her throne, making her way towards Josh.

"You see those gnomes over there?" Josh said. "You're trying to knock down as many as you can."

"How do I swing the ball?" Tyler asked.

Josh stood behind Tyler.

"Like this."

With one hand on his hip, he guided him on how to swing the ball.

"Okay, I think I got it." Tyler said; smiling.

He walked over to the line where the bowling took place. However, when he saw the gnomes being smashed, he ran away; not wanting to see it.

Josh attempted to run after him, but he was stopped by Queen Jenna.

"Would you like to share some punch with me?" She asked.

"It would be an honor, your majesty."

Jenna walked over to grab punch. However, she attempted to put a small speck of mirror into it. But when Josh tried to take the cup, it fell on the floor; spilling everywhere.

The speck of mirror jammed into the eye of Alec; a royal servant.

Jenna looked at him; shocked. Josh ran off to go find Tyler.

Later, Jenna walked back into her secret room. She stares into each and everyone of her mirrors.

"Mirror mirror....on the wall."

Her stomach turned into a knot, fear went through her.

She stood back.

"W-Who is the fairest of them all?"

Immediately, images came out of the mirrors. But they weren't images of Jenna, they were images of her stepson; Tyler.

"Not you, not you, not you, I am, I am, I'm the fairest of them all."

Jenna looked at the images. She couldn't believe it.

"The boy?! That's impossible!"

The images continued to repeat the answer over and over. Jenna became angry. Very angry.

"Ha ha, very funny. YOU THINK THIS IS SOME KIND OF JOKE!"

Still, that didn't stop the mirrors from revealing the truth.

Jenna screamed; falling to the floor.
