19-1-13's POV

I don't know when, but I had fallen asleep. I woke up after a nightmare in a sweat and wanting to scream and shake. I was shaking, my body did that under the serum's effect anyway because of how bad it is. I can't remember what it was. I know that means it was one of the worse ones. I mentally sighed and listened to the world outside my temporary cell.

"You sure that he won't attack when the cage is opened??" Stripper.

"Yes, the gas would have him knocked out for a day afterwards. And he won't attack anyway unless ordered." Double Agent, who I now remember to be Agent Hero. A higher up that was allowed to give me orders.

"Good, Fury wants this asset to be caged and with him as soon as possible." Widow. I mentally sighed again. I will be in another cell, probably wont be allowed out this time. Time to think of new training ideas. Once again tuning them out I felt the sticky presence of blood under me and on my neck. So my head did crack open. It doesn't matter it'll heal as soon as the serum gets out of my system. I suddenly was jerked around as the jet landed. The box I was in was lifted and I felt it getting moved. I heard the boots and guessed it was either stripper or Hero, it was to heavy to be Widow. And she also never makes a sound unless meaning to. I realized soon after the box was moved that the serum has wasn't being used in the box. I was quite happy about that. After a few minutes the area I had came into was opened, a tall guy with dark skin and an eye patch was looking at me in a crouch. He didn't see the blood still dripping from my skull but he did study me.

"So this is the famous asset I've heard about. Not much to be honest. Kind of pathetic." The man grumbled and stood up. Waving one hand the stripper guy and some guy with black hair streaked with grey and a matching goatee. god damn why won't they stop staring at me!

"Cmon kiddo we have to get you checked over." Stripper mumbled, pulling me forward by my shoulders. my head rolled back but he gasped when he saw the blood.

"Shit Tony help me out here kid's bleeding! You too Nat!" Stripper barked orders, I couldn't see them cause my head was to the box but someone who was cussing under their breathe grabbed my shoulders and hauled me out into the open. My uniform sticking to the dried blood snapped away from the substance. I was once again face on the floor as I felt someone get there hands in my hair. How many people are gonna put their grimy hands on me? They pulled back as soon as they felt the cracked open area.

"Steve his head is busted open, we need Banner in here to stitch him up!" Widow once again was the one to be touching me. I heard someone jog out the door and I was getting ticked off. Get the serum out of my damn system and I can heal you imbeciles! I huffed in me head but I felt someone trying to get in my mind. Okay again, OH. HELL. NO.

I remember my training for mental attacks in HYDRA and flung up the walls of my head before they could break in. Only leaving the serum thought in the open. I felt the pressure of someone else in my mind come in fully, they tried breaking thru my mental walls but I built them to strong. I wanted them out. They were in here long enough. I pushed out with my mind and soon the pressure was gone. I then realized I was staring at a white ceiling. Okay when did I get here? Time to tune in again.

"-they have to be awake! You can't do it while they're asleep you idiot!" Okay I agree with this guy, everyone here is an idiot. I subtly pushed the serum away from my injury, something I could only do after being away from the substance for a hour or two. I felt the bone and everything else mend together. It made a noise as the skin healed over and the hair repelled the blood. I suddenly found myself face to face with some weird doctor looking dude. Okay he was to close. My limbs felt like lead but I can at least move. So I did. I sat up in a slow movement, growling when the doctor guy tried to push me back down. I swung my legs over the metal edge of the examination table and I stood up. I leaned on the surface quickly cause my head spun. I snapped my head up as I heard light footsteps coming my way. I was in a lab, I had noticed that the second I stood up. Widow made her way towards me and I straightened up, doing the same attention pose I always do. The movement made everything burn but I ignored it.

"At ease. You need medical help, let Banner help you." She stated. I narrowed my eyes slightly.

"I will have to refuse those orders ma'am! I am of well health and am no longer in need of medical attention!" I called, using my usual manner when speaking to a higher up. She narrowed her eyes at me, to most she may be intimidating. To me she was just her. An assassin. As she glared at me I realized why she was and my eyes widened slightly.

"Sorry for speaking out of turn ma'am." I bowed and displayed my neck, something HYDRA made me do when I spoke out of turn. It was normally to shock me with a taser. That's why I was mentally startled when she sighed and turned around.

"Follow me soldier." She called. I immediately bowed my head to Banner and quickened my pace to catch up. I fell in step at her right and slightly behind her. She kept glancing back at me like I would disappear. I then remembered what the HYDRA high rankers told me.

"Would you like me to put more.... Noise in my steps ma'am?" I asked, looking at her. I made my eyes soften as if I was actually scared of her. I need them to think I wasn't raised there. I need them to underestimate me.

"If you wish soldier." She replied. I gave a shaky smile, fake of course, and let my foot steps become louder. She didn't seem as tense so I took that I had been scaring her with my quietness. I looked forward again as we neared a door. She opened it and inside was some stairs into some type of dark room. In the middle was some weird glass cell. I mentally sighed at the lack of anything related to training but walked over to the glass where a barely visible line was. I knew no normal human could see it. But I simply stood by and waited in attention form. The door revealed itself and I walked in, it slammed behind me. I looked at the cot and support beams. Humming in thought I listened to Widow walked off. I walked around the glass shelter in what seemed to be boredom before the lights went out. I strolled over to the corner and laid down the way a teen would, it felt unnatural in so many ways. The blood on my clothing wasn't helping as I fell asleep. My body still aching dully from the serum but I happily ignore it.
