The thing was with Spike was that he thought he was all that compared to me, he really did think he could beat me. I’ve beaten him up so many times that I have lost count, this would be no different. He drew his blade, as did I. We both stood there a moment before Spike charged at me, our blades collided creating sparks.

“Have you gotten weaker?” I asked, taunting him with a smirk. He growled at me, Spike did not like to be teased. It’s the best time to fight him though. Leanna and Bade were standing off to the side, watching. Men from the bar were betting on who would win.

He took a hand off his handle and tried to punch me, I easily dodged it. He wanted to play like that, fine. He took a couple steps back, good thing he had too; I was about to kick him in his stomach. He came back at me, I blocked his sword with mine, and then I quickly kneed him in the stomach which made him fall onto his knees. I grabbed his sword and tossed it to the side. He growled at me and I chuckled.

“Never let your opponent take a hold of your weapon and surrender it useless.”  I said looking down at him. He reached for a hidden knife in his book, but I kicked it away and smashed his face into the ground. The smell of blood filled the air, I had broken his nose. I leaned down to his ear, holding his face in the dirt still.

“You have gotten weaker after all, I am disappointed.” I said letting him go. I sheathed my sword and turned my back to him, walking away.

Spike got up though and came after me, I had predicted it though. I turned around quickly; his fist went right by my face. I picked up my foot and it connected into his stomach again, he went flying across the street into a brick building. I had only been using a fraction of my strength.

“Dark! That was too much!” Bade said, I ignored him and left. I really didn’t give a shit. And why should I? Spike was lucky he was alive.
