As I walked away from everyone I could hear a lot of commotion going on, mainly men complaining about what money they had lost. Bade helped Spike up out of the ruble, he was still bleeding pretty badly.

"You're going to get it Dark!" He yelled, I just ignored him though. He hadn't changed at all, he still thought he could beat me after I kicked his ass.

I didn't bother going back to the inn at the moment, instead I headed to the forest. Several times people gave me a warning not to go into the forest because of wolves. I was not scarred of them first of all, and second of all I liked wolves. As long as I didn't threaten them they wouldn't even bother me. As i entered the forest I felt like I was being watched, which didn't surprise me. I walked farther into the forest, no animals attacked me. They could sense that I could easily defend myself. Animals were smart, especially wolves. As I traveled deeper a waterfall could be heard, I followed the sound and came upon a clearing with the waterfall and a good size river below. It was a beautiful sight. I took off my boots and stuck my feet into the water, it was cold, but it felt nice on my skin. I enjoyed little things like this, they were relaxing to me. In my life I never relaxed often, I had every reason not to. I only did so when I felt a bit safe. I trusted Leanna, I really did; but it was better safe than sorry. I closed my eyes, my whole body relaxing. I kept my senses alert though; just in case.

When her tears ran out she sat next to her papa's body, unable to move. She knew that the rest of her family was dead, she could have been too. She heard some voices in the distance, heading toward her. The towns people must of told the guards or something. She rose to her head and saw two guards coming, they froze seeing everyone dead. Then one noticed her looking at them.

"Princess! Stay right there!" He yelled as he started to walk towards her. She got up and ran, she didn't want to be here anymore. She didn't want to face anyone. She heard him yell to her again, she looked back at him and he was chasing her. The armor he wore slowed him down though so she was able to out run him. As soon as she was out of sight and she was a good distance away she slowed her pace to a walk.

She didn't stop walking, she didn't know where she was going. All she knew was that she was headed North. Her feet were killing her by the time the sun started to set again. She stummbled over a tree root and fell onto her face. She tried to push herself up, but she was to tried to do so. She fell asleep face first in the leaves on the ground of the forest.

The next time she awoke the crackling of a ire could be heard, but she had not lit one. She sat up quickly and looked around; she was in someone's home. She looked out a small window, the forest was still their. She was moved from where she was to here, but by who?

"Oh so your awake? Good. You've been asleep for a while now." A man said, she had jumped when he spoke because she did not hear him come into the room.

"Who are you?" She asked, demanding to know his name.

"My name is Blade. I brought you here." He said as he started to tend to the fire. She was quite, thinking. After he was done Blake looked at her, she noticed that he was around his mid twentys, he had a bit of a beard and these beautiful blue eyes.

"Mind telling me your name?" He asked. She hesitated, she didn't know this man and she was a princess.

"Dark." She said lying, it was the first thing that came to her because it was getting dark outside. Which meant that she had slept the entire day! That made her feel kind of bad.

"Well than, Dark, are you hungry?" He asked. She thought about it, when was the last time she had ate?

"Yeah, a bit." She said with a small smile. He gave her some meat and they ate in silence.

My thoughts vanished when I heard some voices coming near me. Where was I again? I heard a howl of a wolf, oh yeah I was in the forest.
