"Thank you!" Manager Woo threw the key to Yi Xing "Are you really sure you can go by yourself? Don't you have jetlag?" his manager worriedly asked, Yi Xing just came back from a fanmeeting that was held in Los Angeles "No. I just want to see my sunshine and surprise her for her birthday tomorrow. Is the cake here already?" he told his manager to get a cake, it's Airah's birthday tomorrow and he wants to wait until midnight comes with her.

"Okay, I'll go now!"

He looked at his watch, it's 8 PM and he's sure she's still awake. He didn't tell her he will be home tonight, he said he won't be there on her birthday, of course that's a lie. Yi Xing will always clear his schedules especially when it's his sunshine's birthday! "Will she like this?" he checked the gold necklace he bought when he was in L.A, he didn't think twice of buying it when he saw the sunflower pendant in it. He can't wait to make her wear his gift for her!

After an hour of ride, he came to her sunshine's house. Yi Xing called Kylla "Hello, Kuya!" Kylla opened the gate for her "She's upstairs studying, do you want me to keep the cake inside the fridge?" he thanked her, Yi Xing greeted Airah's parents when he got inside "Awww, this boy. Go, she's inside her room." her father gave him a slight nod and he continued to go to his sunshine's room.

He checked his face in his phone's front cam "Gwapo as always." he whispered. Yi Xing knocked thrice in her door but no one answered so he assumed maybe she's in the shower. He went back to their dining room to talk to her parents for a while.

An hour passed again but Airah didn't go down "Maybe she has her earphones on that's why she didn't hear your knock." Kylla said "That's possible. Go back to her room and check her, Yi Xing."

"Ah, uncle can I stay here for tonight? her parents agreed.

He knocked again, no one answered so he turned the knob to open the door. To his surprise, Airah is on her bed with a book on top of her face. Is she sleeping? Yi Xing carefully remove the book to see her face.

His sunshine is sleeping.

Then he saw their pictures printed and cute stickers scattered on her bed too. Airah is making a photobook... a sweet smile escaped in his lips, he picked them and made himself busy finishing their photobook. His smile wouldn't fade at all.

Yi Xing would stare at his sleeping sunshine from time to time, to see if her sleep is getting disturbed or something. He took the pen and write notes in each page of the photobook. Yi Xing happily raised it to see if it looks beautiful and his face shows how satisfied he is from his work. Airah will surely love it.

He closed the photobook and clean the table. Yi Xing contentedly looked at his sleeping sunshine, he lie down beside her "Aiyo wei, so cute." he brushed her hair covering Airah's face away "I guess we can't celebrate this midnight. You look very tired from all your homework and readings." yes, he's talking to someone who's sleeping, but who cares? She's his anyway. Yi Xing kissed her head "You don't know how lucky I am to find you, sunshine."

He stared at her room's ceiling.

"Airah, goodnight. I love you my sunshine." he kissed her again before wrapping his long arms around her.

Airah yawned and extended her arms up, she fell asleep while reading her book "Damn!" she scanned her bed but failed to see the photobook she's working on last night "Nasira ko ba? Ay ang tanga!" she scolded herself, Airah stood up from her bed and went to her bathroom, she was brushing her teeth when she felt somethig cold around her neck, upon checking, she saw a gold necklace that has a sunflower pendant. Yi Xing! She thought.

Airah searched for her phone to call his boyfriend. Was he here last night? Where is he?

The photobook! Her phone is on top of it! She scanned through its cover to see if there are any damages, next the pages.

"Hey you're awake now." she ran to him "Yah! I thought you're not coming home!" Yi Xing chuckled loudly "I wanted to surprise you last night but you were already asleep, sunshine." he leaned to kiss her forehead "You did this right?" Airah showed the photobook to him, she felt him nod on her shoulder "Thank you, also for the sweet words, hahahaha."

Yi Xing held her hand "What about the necklace?"

"It's beatiful and I love it, I will always wear this, I promise!" she raised her right hand "Awww, that's my sunshine. Happy birthday to you!" then he sang her a happy birthday song. Airah clapped her hands "I love you, Yi Xing. Thank you for always staying beside me and making me strong all the time. Ikaw talaga ang best sheep!" then she did the Sheep sign, Yi Xing laughed so hard "Yes, and this sheep is exclusively yours, sunshine."

"We're going on a date, go and prepare." she excitedly took her towel, Yi Xing was about to exit her room when he remembered something. He took huge steps towards Airah and grab her arm, she cupped her face and kiss her... long and passionate. Airah responded.

When he cut their kiss, his face soften as he looked at his blushing girlfriend.

"I love you, Airah. You're the best thing that has ever happened to me."
