"Oy! Tingin ka nang tingin sa cellphone mo, babae!" Airah snapped out when her sister shouted on her ears "Gosh! You didn't need to do that!" she said "I have been calling you for five times to say that we're going to eat our dinner now, but you're spacing out a lot since we left the hospital! What's happening to you huh?" she ignored her sister and walked on her own to their dining room.

It's been a month and a half since the last time she saw Yi Xing. She gave him her number but she didn't get a single call from him. Why are men like that? She rolled her eyes "How are your legs?" asked her mother "They are fine now, ma. I can walk on my own." she answered with a smile on her face "That's good to hear, anak."

"Your therapist told me she can't go here tomorrow because her schedule is very tight, she asked me if you can go to the hospital, she refered a therapist who can replace her for your schedule tomorrow." she feels very lazy to go on her own tomorrow, she didn't even bother to ask her parents to bring her out for some fresh air and she has been staying inside their house for the whole time since she got discharged, but she knows what will happen if she will skip a single therapy "Okay, I will go." she said "I'll tell her that. She walked inside the hospital and asked the guard for Mrs. Chui, her therapist for today "Thank you, Sir." she bowed her head and walked towards the elevator. She pressed the 9th floor and waited for the doors to close.

She was looking down on her flat shoes when she saw a pair of Converse, she slowly looked up to see the owner of the shoes. He's a man she knows.

"Patient 102191." she said "Tsk." she wanted to step out of the elevator but the doors were already closed "Airah." he called out "Airah." he called again but she pretended not to hear him, she's pissed, the doors opened and she quickly stepped out of the elevator. If only she could run! She's freakingly pissed of him! Why would she talk to him?!

"Yah! Airah Lee!" she turned her head, she seriously looks dangerous as of the moment "Do not call me that!" she said and walked again.

"Are you following me!?" she asked at him when he stopped beside her "I am not." he innocently said "Look, I'm so sorry for-" Airah cut her off by knocking on the door "Oh! Are you Miss Lee?" she nodded and tried to give a smile at the middle aged woman who opened the door, but she's still pissed, Yi Xing's standing beside her for Pete's sake! "Mr. Zhang!" the woman said when she noticed him "Good morning, Mrs. Chui." she told them to get inside and asked them to sit on the couch "Mr. Zhang I am sorry I forgot to inform you someone will join you on your session, I couldn't say no to my friend-" he cut her "I don't mind at all, Mrs. Chui." her right eyebrow raised at him. Yi Xing knows she's disappointed, he actually found her account on Facebook but she found it a week after she got discharged so he got shy, he tried for so many times to message her but he failed. He ends up deleting the whole message he typed "Airah?" he took all the bravery left in him "What?!" he's shocked, even Mrs. Chui's eyes widened at how loud her voice was "I... I'm sorry." she said.

Their session ended "Hey." and it seems like Airah already calmed herself, she only looked at him "I... I didn't mean not to call." Airah thanked the doctor so he followed her out of the room "I didn't mean not to call you. I wanted to..." she was walking faster than him "I wanted to but I lost your number!" he finally said his reason, Airah stopped on her track.

She turned to look at him "I lost your number, I was saving it then my phone shut down." he walked to catch up on her, there were too many people on the floor so he wore his sunglasses "Come." he grabbed her arm.

"Where are we going?" she asked him "Somewhere far from people's attention? So we can talk quietly."

"What!? No! I am not going anywhere!" Yi Xing put his hands on his pants pockets, she looked at him "I looked for you. I even tried to bribe your nurse to give me your number but she didn't. What a loyal nurse on her oath she is." he said "Come on, let's eat some pancakes, we weren't able to eat some because you left. Yi Xing helped her to get off of the car "Where are we?" she asked "At Manager Woo's restaurant." it's the best place he knows no one can disturb them, Manager Woo specially prepared VIP rooms in this restaurant.

"We'll get pancakes." he said "It's noon already, Yi Xing." she said in a matter of factly "I know. But I want us to eat pancakes first, then let's eat something else after." he put his hand on his chin and looked at her "What? Is there dirt on my face?" she asked "Nothing." Yi Xing still kept on looking at her "You are looking at me creepily. I will scream if you don't stop." then he laughed.

"I'm sorry, I just missed you, Airah my friend." her heart suddenly pounded fast. The waiters came to bring their orders "Eat." he said "I didn't bring any money, I'll pay you back."

"I didn't ask you to pay, Airah. I asked you to eat." he said "I will still pay you."

Independent woman... he thought "Do you have anything to say? I already explained my side and I think my reasons are valid enough." he put down the fork and sipped on his wine glass, Airah fought his stares "Yes I have something to say."

"You're such a jerk for not calling but now I know your reason, you're forgiven. Sorry for not telling you too that I will be discharged that day, I thought we'll leave at night but yeah, I was wrong." she looked down.

"Forgiven, Airah. Forgiven." he said "Do you want to order anything else?" he asked "Wait. I... I went to your room to say goodbye, I asked Mama and Papa to bring me there. But when I entered your room, you were sleeping. So I didn't bother to wake you up. I thought you have my number so you can easily contact me to ask what happened but yeah, I didn't know. I'm also sorry for the way I acted earlier. That was so childish." he was astonished...
