Life was finally back to normal for Akira and Miki. For awhile, at least.
Ryo had been arrested.
"Hey, Akira. Can I tell you something?" Miki asked, out of the blue. Akira had gotten back into track.
"Hm?" Akira questioned, plopping down on a bench.
"Akira. Listen, I-..I've been meaning to tell you this for a looong time but, hah-"
"MIKI! Get out on the field!" The coach yelled.
Miki frowned. Akira could sense it was important and she was upset.
"Don't you worry, okay? Just tell me later!"
Miki sighed, nodding quietly. "Okay." She stood, waving goodbye to Akira, as she sprinted off toward the field.
